I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day via teleflora. Norwalk florist was who fulfilled the order. First the order was completely different from what I purchased. I understand substitutions sometimes have to be made, but this was soooo different I was concerned that the order was not in fact mine. I called teleflora to voice my concerns. They contacted the florist to confirm the right order was delivered. They said they did everything right and sent it in a 7 inch vase. The vase was clearly not that tall. To resolve the issue the florist came back to take back the arrangement. A man came for them asking what was wrong with it. My mother informed him the arrangement was not the right colors and size to which he replied «pictures can be misleading». Um I’m pretty sure I know the difference between pink and purple. I get he’s annoyed but it was no fault of my mothers and for him to act rudely toward her was totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I will never do business with this florist.

My mother ordered flowers from here & they left them on the front porch, in a vase with no water! When I got home from work, they were blown over (it was windy yesterday). They weren’t it a box & some of the flowers were damaged.

I really enjoyed working with Gary for my wedding flowers and the flower arrangements were stunning. The price was very affordable and I will highly recommend him to anyone.

I’ve been a customer of Norwalk florist for well over 5 years now… They always provide excellent customer service, prompt delivery (even out of their area), high quality flowers and plants with stylish design arrangements… No matter what my need is they accommodate it and have exceeded expectations at a very reasonable price… If you are ordering over the phone I would suggest checking out their website first so you have a point of reference as to what they offer… I highly recommend Norwalk Florist. Kudos to Gary… He’s the best!

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday last minute and they were able to deliver them within a few hours. They were beautiful! I’m in OC and was scared because I have never bought from here before (they were close to my sisters job.) I’m glad she loved her arrangement! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. They put a cute ribbon on them which was a nice detail. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was very helpful.

I needed to purchase a floral arrangement for a funeral. I ordered a sympathy wreath on the website. The actual wreath was very similar to what was pictured on the website. I would definitely use this florist again.

I have been to this shop a few different times especially during holidays as my mom loves flowers and is always very impressed by the flowers I send her. She says they last her at least a week. Prices are very reasonable and the people there are always friendly especially the Brit guy. I will keep coming back.
