Slow and unfriendly staff. That useless barista didn’t even get the order right and gave me a coffee with caffeine instead of a decaf. Get your shit together people.

I am forced to go to this Starbucks because it’s the only one around. I make sure I have at least 20 minutes to spare in order to wait for one coffee. Service is friendly, but they are CONSTANTLY understaffed, and it’s beyond frustrating. I don’t want to hear an apology every time, it would actually be nice if they would accommodate their customers by providing a faster service.

It takes a long time to get a drink here, but I still give it four stars because the staff is so helpful and eager to please. For me, it’s always about service, and when there’s s drink issue here that I voice, they don’t sigh and make me feel like an inconvenience, but instead they smile and make me feel so welcome! I love that! Thank you, that’s a hard value to find in people nowadays.

I moved to Connecticut a few months ago and thought this Starbucks would be convenient since it’s on my way to work, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back. It’s been far from convenient. I’ve tried ordering inside and drive thru and can’t get over how slow the service is. Today I waited in the drive thru line for half an hour(~6 cars ahead of me). When it was my turn to order it took five minutes for me to be acknowledged. I understand if they’re busy, but they should at least acknowledge my presence and ask me to wait for a second. When I finally was able to place my order I pulled right around to the window as the cars in front of me had already gotten their drinks and left. Of course this meant I had to wait at the window for my drink to be made. The employee waited for my drink to be made to let me pay for it which just wasted more of my time. While I was waiting I could see into the store and there were several employees just screwing around with each other instead of focusing on getting the line in store and in the drive thru taken care of. As much as I love Starbucks it’s not worth the constant 30 minute wait. Guess I’ll only be getting my PSL on road trips! :(

I go here nearly everyday… of course there are always waits and an occasional order slip but things happen. Especially when u up your chances by going as frequently as I do… with that being said the reason I’m giving 5 stars to a café/drive thru is the service, this location has one of the most interactive and friendly staff. My face/car are enough to get my order started. Clean store, clean restrooms, drive thru + ample seating.

This is truly the worst Starbucks I have visited in this area, I have been to this starbucks a lot due to its proximity to my house, but man the service is just awful! The staff always looks confused and takes forever to do anything(even get a hot tea!) and even worse they act as though they could care less about what they are doing. Garbage consistently over flowing, toilet tissue empty in a dirty bathroom, etc… For better service go to the Starbucks next to the Stew Leonards.

Wow… don’t think I’ve EVER waited 12+ minutes in a Starbucks drive-thru line with only four cars ahead of me. Even when I finally got up to the window to pay, it took another solid 3 minutes to receive an iced coffee. Clearly, employees at this location sadly have two speeds: slow and reverse – very unfortunate at 7:15 am. At least the coffee was up to usual Starbucks standards.

If you want your drink done right, you absolutely /have/to go inside. Going through the drive through, I’d say I get around 65% accuracy on my drink(Double Venti Soy, No Water, No Foam, Chai). Typically it’s either the double shot of espresso that’s left out, or the soy. This is consistent enough that I try to go in if I have the time, otherwise I just cross my fingers and hope for the best…

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. The service is very very slow and they don’t look like they give a crap about it either. Used to go on my lunch break and stood in line for about 15 minutes before I was even waited on. Don’t go!

This? This is what a Starbucks should be. Sure, Starbucks is a global powerhouse, but this Starbucks in particular has a small town coffee shop feel. I’m greeted by name by most of the servers, always with a smile, and always with enthusiasm. My drinks are made well, and on the rare occasion a mistake has been made, it’s corrected promptly. It’s to the point that I look forward to walking into the store each morning, and the pleasant atmosphere helps kick off my day.

This Starbucks serves me well when I have business/appointments in the area. The location is convenient and there is a fairly efficient drive-thru here. They have always gotten my order correct and charged me the right amount. One note about the drive-thru, though: once you’re in line, you’re there to stay; and once you are exiting, it is for good… there is no way to turn back into the parking lot to either eat/drink or, worst-case scenario return in the event you discover a problem with your order after you pull forward. So, check before you go!

Worst Starbucks Ever! As someone who used to work at a Starbucks, the service at this location is absolutely disgraceful! The only savior is the drive thru. The are constantly out of items, cups, food, syrups, etc. I don’t even think they ever order them. Then there is the fact that the people who are working the drive thru don’t speak English! Fuzzy speakers + non English speaking employees = wrong drinks. You are half way on I95 before you realize your drinks are wrong. And can we talk about slow? Speed it up people! Obviously we are driving thru because we are in a rush not because we like to sit at the window watching you chat with the customers inside!

Closest Starbucks to my work. Located on a very busy street so turning into the lot is a bit hectic. Nonetheless it is conveniently locate and even better, it has a drive through which is not that common nearby. The staff there are very friendly and make your drink to order.

This is the closest Starbucks to our new home. There is a drive thru option at this location. It’s a Starbucks chain, but service is friendly and compared to the lines in New York, the wait is next to nothing. I cannot complain. Their menu is as extensive as the one in Astor Place, which is triple the size. I get a latte, but I’ve noticed a few times that Starbucks can be a little burned, totally dependent on who is making it.

Two weeks in a row my wife’s coffee spilled all over her because of a damaged lid that wasn’t put on properly. When I brought the coffee in for a replacement the staff cracked a joke about one of the employees who«always puts the lid on wrong» while my wife was sitting in the car covered with coffee.

DRIVETHRU Starbucks! We aren’t in this neck of the woods often. Well. not at all. we were just passing through town to get to our destination. I was soo glad there was a Starbucks because I was in need of a pick me up. The place is Spacious, staff is quick, bathroom is clean, and we were in and out. (Considering it was a Saturday evening at around 5 pm, there was nobody there so it was their down time.) Thumbs up!

I worked at Starbucks for three years so I am simultaneously a sucker for Starbucks and a snob with high standards for how a store should be run. This Starbucks is okay and the reviews already here are spot on. Location is great but the store was not clean when I came in. Currently I’m sitting in a comfortable leather chair but hear crumbs crunch under my feet since the floor in this seating area is covered with crumbs from various pastries. I doubt it has been swept all day and it is 12:15. Looking at other tables I see the same crumb piles under each table. This is an easy fix so the if the manager is reading this please make a change here. Drink quality is great. I ordered a complicated drink and it came out just how I like it. Employees were nice enough for me. Not stellar but fine. All in all, I’ll be back because it is conveniently located next to a customer for work but I wouldn’t go here otherwise.

I think this Starbucks location is great, its convenient and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had a problem here and its a busy location including a drive through which kind of bottlenecks the service at other Starbucks, not so much here. I scarcely visit here anymore since a town over but go when in the area, I’m a fan and would recommend.

Wanted to write an update because this Starbucks improved a LOT over the past year. Staff full of kids has been largely overturned to include more experienced staff who provide better customer service. The interior is cleaner than it was before. They’ve also been getting my drink orders right, and the drinks don’t taste terrible anymore. Still, they’re not an out of this world Starbucks or anything(though what Starbucks is?), but they’re definitely a Starbucks worth visiting if you’re looking for a Starbucks in the area. No need to avoid this one and go to the others, feel free to grab your coffee at the drive through, or grab a coffee, plunk your computer at a table here, and sit for awhile.
