I went in to get a hair cut and color. I was new to the salon so I wasn’t sure who to make my apt with. I had a picture of the color and cut I wanted. Long story short, my hair cut was not even and the color wasn’t blended in a lot of spots and I did not notice until I was home. So I went back to the salon and told them my concerns. Not only did they give me my money back for the cut but they had someone else fix it for free. They also fixed my color for free as well. I was shocked! Not many companies do that. Jennae fixed both my cut and color. I absolutely love both and I will be making another appointment with Jennae again. Thank you so much Cutting Edge Salon for the great customer service :)

I was recommended by my aunt to come to this place & glad I did. I’ve been here a couple times already & just recently I got my hair dyed, cut & styled by Sebastian. I highly recommend getting hair done by him. He is a great stylist & very patient with hair & he listens to you when telling him how you want your hair. Also the staff here is welcoming & friendly

The stylist did a good job in a haircut for myself an adults. she did a good haircut on my 5 year old but way too expensive for what was completed. Not looking to spend almost $ 80 for a haircut for short hair and long hair. Too bad. But not worth the money

I’m really happy with my experience here. Sebastian helped me; he did a wonderful job and took his time on my hair. It was a reasonable price and well worth it for the quality of service I received.

Came across this salon when my cousin and I were looking around for salons that took in last minute walk ins and weren’t full that day, and they happily took is in after calling in last minute. It’s located in the little corner of the plaza right next to Smarts & Final.
Right when you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and offered some drinks, which is great and really welcoming. The salon is nice and clean and they also offer various products that they sell (shampoo, scarves, hair products). Considering they were almost close to closing, they still happily gave my cousin and I a haircut & didn’t seem upset about it one bit. I paid about $ 75 for both haircuts, but it came with a hair wash as well. My cousin from San Francisco decided to get her haircut here and she doesn’t regret it one bit. This is the first time she actually liked a haircut! I forgot who she got a haircut from but she seemed really friendly & did exactly what my cousin wanted. Typically I don’t like getting haircuts due to the fact that some hair stylists don’t really follow as you please and cut off more than what you want, but my stylist, Sebastian, did exactly as I wanted it. Not too short, not too long, just perfect. I was in a hurry to leave that day so I didn’t get a chance to check to see if I liked my haircut and just left right away after I got it. After coming home, I realized it wasn’t even so I decided to come back the next day and my stylist, Sebastian, happily took me in and fixed it, free of charge. My hair is shorter than what I expected but I’m happy with it nonetheless because I did get to donate my hair.
I definitely love my new hair and am looking forward to regularly getting it here. After looking at Unilocal reviews and picture, I’m also planning to come back to get my hair colored here.

Since grade school my mom and I have gotten our hair services done here at the Cutting Edge. Lucy has taken care of us for years and continues to do an absolute amazing job! Just got back from a regularly scheduled trim and new changes are in place but sooooo worth the extra dollars. The full hour of relaxation is so awesome. Thanks again Lucy!

The service here was amazing. It was my first time here and I didn’t have an appointment but when I walked in and asked for a hair cut I was taken in right away. The wait was literally 2 minutes. They did a wonderful job with the haircut; they did exactly what I wanted and everyone was very polite and nice. They also have reasonable pricing. Thank you for the great experience. I am for sure coming back.

Jennae is seriously my new go to !!! Let me just say that my experience was wonderful. This was my first time to the salon and I was in need of some serious love for my hair. I went in for a simple hair cut. I completely scared of having someone new touch my hair but I’m so glad that I did. Jennae is amazing. She is easy to talk to and listened to everything I said and Made it come to life. I am so happy with my service. If you’re looking for a new stylist Def 5 stars way up I can’t wait to go back.

I just want to say Natalie is awesome! I had trouble getting an appointment on the spot when I called because of me not having free time away from my kids. Natalie was very kind to help accommodate me and she was more kind enough to call me back to see if I was available when an appointment canceled. I honestly felt like a VIP customer from there. So thanks to her I was able to get me hair done yesterday instead of today. She’s sweet, friendly and provided super customer service! She offered me something to drink when I got there and the coffee she made for me was super!!! I heart Natalie!
Now Bel did my hair. She did exactly what I wanted!!! I had faded red hair and I went back to black like in my metal rocker days. :) She cut my hair how I wanted, to remove all the damaged hair which I thought I would need to get a bob. Yikes! Luckily it’s passed my shoulder. I’m not big on lots of layers since I don’t like doing my hair but I didn’t want to look too plain either. I love my hair! I will definitely go back to get peek a boo highlights later on! Kudos to Bel for making me free great!

I’ve loved this place since the first time I found it on Unilocal.I usually go in for a haircut and all the stylists I’ve had do a great job. I’ve had Nansi, Janae, Erika, and two others.
The reason for my downgrade from 5 to 3 stars is that the last time I went in I was told that haircuts come with a wash and blow dry now. Although I still accepted this new condition and I enjoyed every second of it, and of course the result, I have been on a low budget and I was not as excited to pay $ 40 instead of my usual $ 20 – 25. I’m sure it’s great for business, but not so great for my pocket, which is one of the main reasons I loved this place too.

First time to get my hair fixed by Nansi. she definitely knows her craft and did great wonders with my lifeless hair.

wow ! girl knows her stuff and with a sweet and sincere personality to maximize her talent.
I got my hair colored and for once my scalp did not itch. She uses the best products for your type of hair.
The salon was very clean which made my two hour stay pleasant. Front desk receptionist was friendly and informative.
While waiting for color to process, I watched Nancy cut a customer’s hair with precision. I almost wanted to LOL as the customer showed her several screen shots from her phone as to how she wanted her hair!
Yes, having picture works as I watched Nancy stand and deliver !

So I happened to just pick this place by random and decided Fuck it why not. Man am i glad I did! The prices are more than reasonable and the staff is really friendly. Didn’t wait long at all and I was even offered a refreshment.
I was helped by JP. And Honestly guys, she cut my hair with LOVE haha she was thorough and detail oriented as if she were cutting her own hair :) Even made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing before she did it which is always appreciated.

If you’ve read my review on Supercuts, you know I’m apprehensive about going to any haircut places much less taking my fiancé whose hair for some reason is set on looking like Shawn Hunter’s from Boy Meets World. So we read the reviews on this place and thought «let’s give it a try» so we did and the place is a gem amidst rocks.
The actual studio is so cute and is teeming with hair products, combs, and even hand painted fans! Right when you walk in the receptionist is very friendly and polite. She offered us water and the were able to take Nathan right away. He got his hair cut in what seemed like record time and it came out looking much better than any other haircut place we’ve been to so far. I love it so much. As soon as I am able I want to go back for myself ;) You ladies are wonderful!

This review is for the 8 year old son. And yes I did find this place on Unilocal.
We walk in at 10:15 on a Sunday and they already have people waiting which I expected. I’m greeted right away and within a minute or two they give me a wait time of 15 minutes. We leave to the Smart & Final next door for about 10 minutes come back and wait another 10 minutes to be seen. Nansi was his stylist and got the idea of what I wanted right away. His hair can be a little difficult due to the cow lick that only allows me to style his hair one way and one way only. But she got it. I love the service and professional atmosphere of the salon. Will definitely be bringing the rest of my family here.
I recommend making an appointment before coming in.

I’ve been coming here for about over a year from cutting my bangs to coloring my hair. I have the best service and hospitality by far and prices are very affordable to me. For any hair service I always request Patricia because not only she is very nice and friendly but she knows her stuff as a stylist and she’s a great one at that. Great experience, very clean and highly recommend.

Someone recommend me on Facebook and I decided to come in. My hair was all red before and I wanted to add black to the top for an ombré affect and Jennae did a wonderful job! She was so sweet and nice and offered me coffee or water. She always checked on me to make sure I was fine and I love my hair! I found my new place. Thanks girl :)

Good salon, great customer service. I came here many times because it’s right by my house. Every of the stylist here is professional and very friendly. I came last time (3 weeks ago) because I went to a different salon and they burned my hair horribly.
Natalie was my stylist, she cut most of my burned hair. She fixed it look nice which most of ppl don’t even realize that my hair was burnt real bad.
I definitely will be back for trimming because my hair still need help. Highly recommend

I called, and they were able to accommodate me within half an hour. I just needed a trim. The ends of my hair were dying, and it had been a while since I had a trim. I don’t normally go to cheaper places for haircuts, but I just needed a trim. How can anyone mess up a trim? Well, I guess the hairstylist did a little by cutting off a bit too much.

I used the 20% off Unilocal check in, so my total came out to $ 16 (without tip). I couldn’t imagine spending $ 80 on a trim… so, I guess I can’t be too mad. Three stars.
