Worst food establishment I have ever been to. It’s close to my house so sometimes I think it can’t possibly be as bad as it was the last time but somehow it’s always worse. Three different times I have gone and tried to order and had to leave for different reasons. It’s actually bad enough to write a Unilocal review about. Don’t waste your time

The women and men of this Wendy’s are very sweet and professional. Weather it is at the drive thru or the front counter they are all so friendly to their customers. I also noticed that they all work well together and are happy to interact with each other to complete the customer’s orders in a timely fasion. What sets them apart from all the other Wendy’s in Norwalk are their genion smiles on their faces. The food is always fresh and I love their green tea.

This Wendy’s has me torn. The staff here needs to pay much more attention. They don’t always listen when I order. Just last night the guy told me the wrong amount to pay and I asked him if he was sure. Why are you surprised I know when it’s the wrong amount? I have received the wrong drink order before as well. Overall it’s Wendy’s so I love the food and I only keep coming back because it’s really close to home. I wish the workers took more pride in their work. They also took way too long to put an awning over the drive through.

I have lived in the area for 4 years, and this location has disappointed so consistently that our household won’t even consider it for a quick meal. First, when you walk in, this particular location smells like your grandparents’ moldy basement. It has always bothered me, and only gets worse with time. There must be mold somewhere in the ceiling, because the smell is unmistakable. Also, the fries taste horrible by the evening rush, mainly due to the oil not being changed often enough. I mean, they have a horrible after taste. Employees are always courteous and the drive thru goes quickly.
