Lauren’s Massage

I would go see Lauren every week for a massage if I could. I typically go every few months when I can’t stand the pain in my back any more, and every time I leave wondering why I didn’t go back sooner. Not only do I get the physical relief, but I get energized emotionally and spiritually from the whole environment. Lauren’s massage is a multisensory experience from the soothing music and scents to the healing energy that Lauren naturally transmits. I highly recommend going at least once, and I promise you will want to return!

I have been getting massages from Lauren ever since she started. She does a fabulous job and I feel sooooo good when I leave there! It is a very quiet and cozy setting that begins to relax you before she enters the room! Highly recommended!

I’m relatively new to massage therapy. I’m forty one years old and have had consistent nagging back pain for years. I did everything to get rid of the pain, new mattress, lost 25 pounds, more exercise etc. Still had the pain in my lower and mid back. My trainer urged me to try massage therapy and I found Lauren and decided to try her therapy and I cannot be happier. Lauren’s location is ideal, very quiet and I feel upon entering an air of total relaxation. She makes you feel very comfortable she wants to know what she should focus on and for that hour (or hour and a half) your body is the total focus. I have seen her twice a month for the last 2 or so months and my back pain is totally gone. I cannot believe how good I feel and I owe it all to Lauren. She has made me a believer in massage therapy. I am committed to keeping up my therapy schedule going forward. Even if my back muscles pull, they seem to recover within a day or two. It is an amazing feeling to not have any pain anymore!

My husband and I have been going to Lauren for over a decade, which speaks volumes for her considering how many «spas» have popped up. Her space is lovely and serene and her massage can be whatever you need. Deep tissue, Swedish, more sport or injury related — whatever is needed. Lauren herself is full of wonderful energy. We now drive from the Cape for monthly visits, she is that good!

Had a 1 hour massage from Lauren today, my first time. It was amazing! Lovely setting, very quiet — above a doctors’ office. Lauren has strong hands that made me feel so relaxed, but are also very skilled at finding and removing tension. I can’t wait to go back!
