Bubbles Up Laundromat

If I need to go to a laundromat, Bubbles Up is my first pick.
Lately, my dryer has been backed up, and certain clothing and blankets I don’t prefer putting in it, so I bring those to here, Bubbles Up Laundromat in Norwood.
Bubbles Up is probably the best of the thousand of laundromats throughout Norwood, as it is the highest tech, has good parking, air conditioning and is clean. It is located on Central Street parallel to the East Vernon Street intersection, in a large space. There is a small parking lot off to the side of the building and many spaces right up front to park at as well. Inside, there are at least one hundred machines in all, some washers and some dryers. They have different sizes as well, which is nice during busy times, or if you have a lot of stuff and don’t want to use multiple regular sized ones. Sometimes, this laundromat does get busy (I think I have been there about five times now), but normally there are enough machine for everyone there and there are still extras. Depending upon which machines you use I believe you get 6 to 8 minutes on any given machine (don’t quote me on that though…), and you can pay by credit card at any machine, or go to the change machine and have cash put into a money card that is ejected. They also have a machine for detergent by the side door, if you need it. There normally aren’t staff on hand to help, but everything always works when I go, and directions are posted all around about basically everything you could need to know. I’ve never had any clothing taken (people are good in this area). Overall, great spot to bring you clothes /​blankets to wash and /​or dry. 5 stars.

Clean, lots of washers and dryers, and coinless– you can use any credit/​debit card or purchase a laundry card to reload. I’ve come here multiple times for when the washer crapped out to washing bulky items like large quilts and blankets. They have the option of regular washers or multi-​load ones as well as x-​large dryers. The only thing I would say is that they need places to plug in your gadgets if you choose to wait around while your laundry washes and dries.

Clean, efficient, lots of natural light, machines accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Can also use wash cards. Machines don’t take quarters. There are 2 centrifuges to hasten drying time, prices are reasonable, lots of big folding tables and incredibly helpful staff. Plenty of both washers and dryers. Open at 5 am every day, even Sundays. Free wifi and big screen tv. There’s even a sink to wash your hands of stray soap. Awesome! No bathroom but McDonald’s is a two minute walk away. My new favorite laundromat!

A clean laundromat with with WI-​FI and big screen TV’s? This place is what the laundromats in Heaven must be like! Plus I don’t have to look for quarters because they take debit/​credit cards! I’m even offering to do the laundry now because I can escape the house and relax while getting caught up on emails and watching the game.

I don’t have a dryer, so I just stopped in to dry some things I needed right away. Usually in this situation I go to the laundromat in Walpole (which is *terrible*), but came here today while waiting to pick a family member up from a nearby appointment. Wow! These dryers dried my clothes on medium in less time than the other ones would on high! The place is clean and bright. The machines are clean and all appear to be working. The folding tables are convenient and a great height to avoid killing my back.
It would get 5 stars if only it had a bathroom. Since they use credit cards/​cash cards, it should be easy to require the use of one of those to open the bathroom door like at an ATM if their reason for not having one is that too many non-​customers would use it.

My girlfriend and I were walking back to her car after dinner when we came upon this place. Being new to the area, we were pleasantly surprised at when popped in to check things out (we didn’t like the last laundromat we had visited!). Bubbles Up was super clean and to help you pass the time while waiting for your laundry, you could take advantage of the free wi-​fi access! Don’t worry about having enough cash, the machines accept all major credit cards or a Bubbles Up cash card that you can add value to. The cash cards are free and dispensed on the premises.
