Knockouts Haircuts For Men

Good job on the cut fastest ive ever seen it done correctly –however 28 for a haircut is outrageous. Nice to have a free water and a tv monitor at every chair but i just cant justify the Newbury Street pricing. Place was empty on a Friday at 3 pm which tells me something right off the bat– Better than supercuts but so many barbershops out there who do it cheaper with same result (Not supercuts or other franchise chop shops)

I’ve been going here for a couple years now… usually get a good cut. A little expensive but it’s not prohibitive. I’ve had most of the ladies cut my hair and can’t complain. Best cuts, in my opinion, have come from Dally (hope I’m spelling that right) and Victoria. Most inconsistent cuts (though still not «bad») came from Sue. It is important that you tell them exactly what you want, that will ensure you get a good cut. I’ve had the scalp message once or twice, it’s okay but expensive, not really my thing. While we’re on that topic, I don’t understand why they wash your hair AFTER using the trimmer on the sides but BEFORE cutting the top with sheers. I don’t think I’m alone in assuming that the logic most guys employ is «I’ll have them wash my hair after the cut to get the hair off me». Nope, they wash it then cut the top, I really don’t see the point. Overall I like this place. If you wife gives you a hard time about going here, remind her that it’s just a normal haircut place. The website gives a false impression that every chick working in this place is flirty and hot… not the case. Just a normal place for guys to get a haircut.

Update: I emailed the owner of this shop to complain one week ago and got no reply. It seems they have absolutely no customer service and can’t even take a moment to reply to an email. In my email, I did not even ask for a refund. I went to another salon to have my hair fixed and the stylist there told me that he couldn’t figure out what the Knockouts stylist, Sue, was trying to accomplish when cutting my hair. If you go to knockouts in Norwood, please don’t let Sue touch your hair.

Pretty weak place for a haircut. Try to upsell you and just not a quality place. Extra $ 3 to trim your neck using a plastic disposal razor that has left my neck all red. Gross. Not worth the money… head somewhere else. No barbers… seems like cosmetology school grads…

Knockouts is incredible. With a wide variety of relaxing options and services and a great business model, you can’t get much more bang for your buck than this. I’ve had Sue as a stylist for about five months and I’ve never been happier about my hair. Definitely ask for her-​she knows what she’s doing. I came in last April wanting to change my look, and it’s now August and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. People are comparing me to celebrities. I actually look forward to getting my haircut now.

This was my first time to Knockout’s and it will be my last. First of all, she tired to sell me on some $ 42. two shampoo head massage. After I refused that offer, I was told that they had a wash and a cut for $ 24. and that was the lowest price. All I really wanted was a good haircut. When she got done with my haircut, my hair was sticking out and it looked very uneven. Not at all like I just got it cut. At least she could have done was put some spray on it to keep it down. I thought this place was really weird. Next time, I will go back to Supercuts for something simple and decent.

This place is NOT just for men!
I’m sure that many will think that this is just a place for men to go to, but I assure you that it isn’t. The women here are very professional and very sweet. While you’re waiting, they offer you snacks or a drink and enjoy talking to you. They have wonderful massage options and the girls even expressed how much they wish that more women stopped by for services.
For those of you who are on a budget, their eyebrow waxing is only $ 5.

Great haircut. All the workers are professional and they do as you request with your hair. For the cost you get a wash, cut, scalp massage, hot towel and a soda (or water). My haircuts have been great each and every time (I am reviewing after my third visit). What locks the deal for me is the hot towel and scalp massage. To quote Kramer, «Whoa momma.»
Lastly, you can walk in or make an appointment. The longest I have had to wait allowed me to pop the top on my iced tea.

This place was pretty sweet, got a great hair cut. Washed my hair and gave me an incredibly relaxing head massage! Nothing like watching ESPN and being pampered by a beautiful girls! Not to mention a free coffee, doesn’t get better than that!

I just wanted to write this review as I promised I would do it repeatedly. I was not asked I just promised I would because I have been so damn impressed every time I go here. Kristina is my haircutter and I have to say that she is the best barber/​haircutter I have ever had.
I never have had good luck in the past with barbers. She is professional, courteous, and gives a phenomenal hair cut. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new hair stylist to go to Kristina. She will give you a great hair cut and remembers every time exactly how you like it styled/​what you want done.
I also have to give a shout out to her and thank her because I do not shut up about politics/​history and every time she gives me a hair cut she always acts interested when I talk about it; even though I think I am interesting… I know I can be overwhelming and quite opinionated sometimes! Go see Kristina for a hair cut! Or just go there in general because it is a good experience.

I love my haircut. Usually I don’t like when I get a haircut because 9 times out of 10 the hairdresser gives me a bowl cut. But when I went to knockouts i loved my hair cut! My girlfriend even liked it, and she’s hard to impress. I give thus place a ten out of ten and recommend Knockouts to any guy!

I never thought I could get a excellent man’s haircut at knockouts, but I did. Not only that but a head and neck messaged, shave back neck and shampoo. Kristina gave me the best haircut I ever had. The best part is no matter who does your hair, the ladies are professional not to mention beautiful. Just have to say they are the GREATEST.
update, stop going there because they don’t keep the stylist long, the best I had left, Brandi and Krystal gone. Need to find a place that the workers stay

Great place for a haircut. The basic cut comes with a neck shave with a real razor, a shampoo, and hot towel on the face while the scalp is massaged.
The sports décor is cool, and they offer a free beverage when you walk in.
They also do manscaping if you need more than just a cut. There is waxing, facials, manicures, and massages.
