Horrible delivery service! Was told 45 mins took 1:10 minutes, asked delivery person what happened was told I am not the cook, pizza was cold and all messed up, subs and salads are great WILLNOT order pizza from here again. Delivery needs to be more professional.

It’s delicious, everything looks home-made! Great service too! We’re vegetarians and the cauliflower appetizer was amazing!

I love the kabobs, so good with rice pilaf and hummus. I wish delivery was faster but the quality is there so I guess there is something to be said for taking your time.

Excellent restaurant with a mix of Lebanese and western cuisine — pizza, kabob and falafel are amazing!

Love the food but after waiting an hour for delivery, got a real attitude. Apparently not the first to call looking for our lunch. We just tore up their menu.

Staff was incredibly nice, but food was not that great. Cheese pizza was Luke warm, bread on wrap was stale. I wanted the food at this place to be great, but I will only be returning for ice cream. I will say, huge portions for food prices.

Normally fantastic. But tonight was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Undercooked pizza with topping run all over the place. Can’t imagine someone took it out of the oven and said«yup, that looks good.»

I’ve dined-in here once and have gotten takeout /delivery several times. The dining room feature in the restaurant is nice, and the waitress we had was exceptional. Very warm, friendly and extremely attentive. She was a really nice lady. All the food I’ve had from this place was very good. The cauliflower appetizer is excellent and their dinner entrees are great. I like this place when I want something resembling a home cooked meal with relatively healthy options. Everything tastes fresh and wholesome. No cheap quality here! Pizzas are good too! If you’re looking for a local family run place, that does some home cooked style dishes right, go to Victoria’s!

What a delightful find, family run business with terrific food(had kabobs) and friendly service, we’ll be back! Salad with homemade dressing and really good greens and nice tomatoes, plenty of pita bread and home made hummus!

Great food! Fast Service! Great prices! What more could you ask for? My wife and I have gotten delivery from this restaurant a few times, and every time the food showed up before their estimated time, and still nice a hot. Everything is always very fresh, and has tasted excellent! If you’re trying to figure out what to get, might i suggest the Linguini and Chicken parmigiana, or the Egg Bomb pizza. Two of my absolute favorites from this restaurant!

Had a groupon/livingsocial. Order took 35+ minutes on a Friday night but there were only two people dining in the sit down area. Who knows, maybe they had a bunch of take out orders, but it didn’t look like it. Here’s a run down of my order and comments. Cobb salad — wife said it was«ok» — never seen a cobb salad with asparagus… Chicken Shwarma — I ordered two of these. They were decent. Norwood has several Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurants, and I would not recommend Victoria’s Café shwarma over any of them. It wasn’t terrible, just average at best. Some of the chicken was gray in color — I don’t know what that was all about. Chicken Kabob dinner — again, meh. Chicken was dry/overcooked. Everything else was fine — rice, salad. I feel bad offering this review, but with so many great Lebanese/Middle Eastern places in town, I just can’t give this joint a great review. It’s probably a bad sign when the person working there asks you to leave a positive review…

Used a coupon to give Victoria’s a try. they have a nice quiet dining room with no tv which is a plus. We had a nice meal including salads, pulled pork, beef kabobs, great fries and hummus. They offer a really tasty dip with Pita as a starter. Great service and dinner all for a reasonable price. Give it a try for dinner.

Great meal. Great prices. The cauliflower and falafel appetizers were perfect! Enjoyed the Kafka kabobs which was a great deal, includes a delicious salad and a large serving of hummus and pita. Lasagna was ok.

In a town where more than ten mediterranean and middle eastern restaurants are present, Victoria Café stands out as the best and most authentic of all !. We enjoyed our dinner and every aspect of the experience was wonderful. We cannt wait to be back.

I’ll start by saying that nobody can cook meat like chef Walid can. He absolutely nails it, and it’s so important, and quite rare, to order a steak and have it cooked perfectly. I love the vibe of this place. I think it’s so neat how they designed it to be either takeout or dine-in… It’s great for a casual/takeout night, or a lovely dinner with friends. The staff is so friendly and food is absolutely delicious… I think I can eat gallons of the garlic aioli the chef serves with his meat dishes… But be prepared for garlic breath!(So worth it). I will 100% be back for more and highly recommend you try it!

Was excited to try this place when they popped up on GrubHub, I had been eyeballing them when passing through town. So, my boyfriend and I decided to try them for takeout tonight and I have to say we are very disappointed and most likely won’t try them again with all the other options in town. Bad first impression. I ordered the beef brisket meal and my boyfriend ordered the turkey dinner. We also ordered a side of stuffing. Both meals were supposed to come with garlic bread. We received what looked like our meals, plus a random large salad that I think was delivered to us by mistake. We opened our meals and the boy’s turkey was pretty good, nothing extraordinary. No complaints but would probably not rush to get it again. My beef brisket tasted like it had shared a pan with lamb, so much so that I couldn’t eat it. Not a big lamb fan and the taste was NOT subtle, it was overwhelming and disgusting. The mashed potatoes were okay and my steamed veggies were a little overlooked but the most edible thing on my plate. After the disappointing and nauseating beef, I decided to just go for the foiled wrapped garlic bread, but when we unwrapped it, it wasn’t garlic bread at all, it was a 4″ stack of pita wedges. Strange. My best guess is that there’s another confused and disappointed customer who maybe ordered the pint of hummus and just unwrapped garlic bread in place of pita. They may also be missing a salad. Haven’t cracked into that yet because I’m fighting the urge to puke from lamb flavored beef but it looks decent. Overall, blah.

My wife and I had dinner here a couple of weeks after opening. She had a salmon entrée that she enjoyed. I had a Greek salad with steak tips. Beef was a notch overlooked but tasty and tender. Salad was very good. We both enjoyed the starter bread basket. Would have been 5 stars but they were out of crime brûlée’ for dessert.
