This place really use to be 5 stars, but they’ve really changed in the last year. I feel like their quality has gone down a little and the portions got smaller. They never have rare roast beef anymore, which use to amazing. I do love their club sandwich.

I stopped by for breakfast and ordered 2 egg platter with wheat toast and home fries. The food was average and unfortunately, very greasy side. The home fries tasted of grease/fat from some sort of meat, which put me off since I don’t eat most meats. On top of this, I found the service to be not that welcoming, unfortunately. That being said, the prices are very reasonable and the portions are on the generous side for the price. However, I don’t plan on returning.

I am quite disappointed that I had to have certain people to have the catering. I think that that should not matter cause that could have lead to a bigger order in the future. Not now cause they could not do 20 people for me on a Sunday I have lived there food for the longest time and I was looking forward to using them but now I will never call to eat there food again.

i ordered lunch today for myself and a coworker. a wrap sandwich, which was a club originally for 8.00,(of course i was charged 50cents extra for a wrap… even though 3 pieces of bread your not usins should outweigh one wrap) and a ceasar salad for a coworker. the rude lady answering the phone who could not hear me as she was barking at someone she worked with; advised me i could not get delivery for only 13.00. now, i’ll back up –my job employs over 75 employees and we order from them often, usually on saturdays breakfast for alot of us… oh, also i will point out we are 2.8 miles from the deli(7 minutes). so as you can imagine i was a bit befuddled. so i asked if i threw in fries if that would help. apparently $ 16.00 was not enough, even though i order 2 reubens from a nice lady every saturday at $ 17…(ps we tip well too)…so i was asked to throw in a drink, i figured ok. but the icing on the cake was when i went to use my debit card for the thousandth time i was told i would be charged another $ 1.50 to do so. are you freaking kidding me??? when the delivery man came my total plus tip was $ 23.38, when all i wanted to do was pay 8 bucks for a lunch. due to this rude lady and her attitude and the«fee’s and costs» associated with this order — with no mention of same on the front of the menu they so graciously drop off to us all the time… i will not order from them ever again. a good business practice is to take care of the folks that take care of you — not take advantage of them. as stated earlier, we order alot from ridgely’s and i will personally drive to dunkin donuts or the soda pop shop for everyone from now on just to prove a point. good job ridgelys, your business practice and that rude employee will not be on my mind ever again… m cole

I was looking at Brandon L’s menu pictures and decided to get 2 sandwiches and a sub and was expecting to pay just under 20 bucks. However, when I ordered the food, it came out to be 25! I didn’t see that Brandon’s pics were 4 years old until after I ordered haha. It’s okay because the Reuben I had from there was really good! Tons of meat packed into the sandwich with a layer of sauerkraut and enough sauce to complement the flavors just right. The Cloak N Dagger wasn’t that great. The coleslaw was crunchy but lacked flavor and the corned beef was a tad bit dry. The cheese steak sub was filled with mostly meat and it tasted pretty good, however, the bread was over soggy. I like and sometimes even love soggy bread but in this case everything ripped apart and they never gave me a fork lol. Had to wash my hands immediately after devouring that sub. The woman on the phone was patient with me so I appreciate that. The delivery was FAST. I’m talking about 15 minutes FAST. They rival Jimmy Johns delivery times, seriously. Had to give the guy a good tip. The prices for most things have raised since 2010. That’s to be expected because every place in America raised it’s prices because of inflation. Just a reminder though! Fast delivery, pretty good food, and friendly service! I want to try out their breakfast next time. I just hope they serve it past 11!

Ridgely’s is close to my job, so we often order breakfast. The food is good. Great French toast, all of the breakfast sandwiches are good, love the bagels because they are just the right texture, home fries are so-so. The one thing I don’t like is their $ 20 minimum for delivery. It’s not as easy as it may seem, even when ordering in a group. Unless you have a large group. But we usually order in a group of about 5 or 6, and it’s not that easy to get to $ 20 because the food is so inexpensive. I wish the minimum was $ 10 or maybe $ 15 at the most. But overall, Ridgely’s is ok.

I have been here a couple times, and our office located in Towson orders from here often for Breakfast and Lunch. Free delivery for orders over $ 30 since the drive is further away. I recommend this place. The sandwiches are overstuffed and fresh the times I have ordered them. The breakfast platters are also big for the price you pay for them.
