I am finding this service too expensive for what it is — it is much cheaper to do payroll through my bank — which is ironic as they use ADP as well. go figure.

We used ADP for 1 year and are still dealing with issues. I hope the other reviewer has a better experience than we did. They didn’t file the required payroll tax forms, they didn’t reimburse employees properly for their healthcare flexible spending accounts, and the promise they make to cover any costs involved with leaving their service is a lie. They are always ready to take your calls when you start with them, but if you have any problems good luck getting them resolved.
