Awful experience! I ordered the flowers online through «fromyouflowers.com» and they were delivered by Alondras Flowers. I ordered flowers for same day delivery… they did not show up at all. When they did arrive the next day it was just a few flowers stuffed into a vase with absolutely no care or regard for aesthetic value. The arrangement looked terrible. Actually, it wasn’t really an arrangement at all… just 4 – 5 flowers stuffed lazily into a vase. With such a deplorable experience, naturally, I asked for my money back. I was told by «fromyouflowers.com» they would credit my account but that Alondras Flowers might SHOW BACK UP AND ASK THE RECIPIENT FOR THE FLOWERS BACK!!! What an absolute joke of a company! They make numerous mistakes and then inform me they might have to harass the person I sent the flowers to to give them the flowers back??? I will never use either of these companies again under any circumstances.

My overseas MIL ordered an arrangement through Teleflora to be delivered to my husband and I, and specifically requested red flowers. While the arrangement delivered was very nice, it only had one red gerbera and everything else was blue, white, and yellow. She was unhappy, and complained to Teleflora and they contacted Alondra’s to correct the problem. Several days later, I came home to a sad arrangement of three red roses, some alstroemeria, and some lilies sitting in full sun on my porch. No card, no note, nothing. I left two messages on Alondra’s voicemail and nobody called me back. My MIL was even more disappointed and orders flowers for us often, but I’m pretty sure she will be specifically asking for a different florist to fulfill the order in the future.

Who delivers crisp, fresh, fragrant, lovely flowers on a holiday or a Sunday?! Alondras did! And the delivery person left them in the shadiest part of our front porch on this 100+ degree day (it was either Sunday p.m. or Monday a.m.). There were no broken flowers and surprisingly no wilted flowers (we were out of town and had no idea these flowers were at our home so had our neighbor take them hours after they were delivered). I’ve not heard of Alondras before but I will absolutely use their services in the future having had this wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff and delivery person!

Alondra’s Flower’s is just the best shop in Novato CA. They have all in one’s for all paty’s. You will safe money an time with them. I recomend this company very high.

I called the florist, and left a message, thinking that no one would call me back. To my surprise, someone did. A couple days after leaving the vm, the owner called me to say that I’d get a new bouquet in a few days. It ended up being more like a week later, but she did follow through and the new flowers were so much better, so thank you!

Why the low stars? Because I had a good experience here.
I came here to order flowers for my daughter’s kindergarten graduation. I told the lady what I was looking for and what kind of arrangement. When the price was reasonable for me, I paid and picked it up the next day.
The flowers were gorgeous. I intended it to be a big bouquet and it had to be «pinky» theme for my little girl — I wasn’t disappointed. They had on pink roses, daisies and tulips on there. One week after, we are still enjoying them. The roses and tulips are all full bloomed and even my cat enjoyed nipping on them.

My daughter in Minnesota ordered me flowers for my birthday. The arrangement arrived with one-third of the leaf-backs covered with insects and insect eggs. Yuck! No excuse for the arranger not to notice such a thing. I called the florist (note: this is March, 2012) and got an answering machine message about the business being closed for a weekend in June, 2011. My call was returned, and I was promised a new bouquet. It arrived at 5 PM the day after my birthday, but instead of being a replacement for the tuberoses and peruvian lilies of the original bouquet, it was a bunch of daisies and carnations that I could have purchased at the local grocery store for $ 8.99. It’s pretty obvious this florist doesn’t give a damn about customer service. Most disappointing on BOTH tries.

Flowers were delivered without a call when no one was home. They were
left at our gate to wither in the sun without water. The party who sent the
flowers was sent an email saying that the flowers had been received.
When we arrived home the flowers were nearly dead.
