Michelle is the BEST!!! In the framing area, helping with picture frames and pictures… She was extremely helpful and nice, and did everything to help me frame multiple pictures and save money, especially during this Christmas season it was a great stress off of me… Thank you Michelle you were a great help and recommend you to anyone needing help with pictures and framing pictures!!!

I am really happy to finally see a nice business in that old Border’s Bookstore. The store is spacious. I had a good experience there. The store was well kept, neat and organized, which is really important to me, especially in this type of store. I found so many things I needed, and others I didn’t know I needed until I found it there. There are SO many cute holiday and seasonal things, many things for special occasions too. The one line to get checked out was long, but it was for all three registers, and it moved along ok. Plus, it was a Friday afternoon, so it was a busy time of day. I don’t have any complaints. I will definitely go back.

I have only shopped at hobby lobby one time. And I was over charged for the drawer knobs that I bought. Of course I didn’t catch it while still at the store, so a few days later when I went to the store with the receipt for a price adjustment. I was told by the cashier that in order to receive a price adjustment I had to remove the knobs from the dresser and bring them back to the store. I believe that is the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. So I called later that night and spoke to a manager, yep that’s the policy, so I had to remove the knobs and take them back, I was so tempted to take the drawers back to the store. But they told me they preferred I remove the handles, before I came to get my money back. Really so it appears hobby lobbys policy is to inconvience a customer for an employee’s error. Ugh I don’t plan on shopping here. Unless I completely check the receipt before leaving the store.

1) The manager, Steve, is rude and lazy. 2) Their prices are high. 3) Their return policy is ridiculous. 4) They don’t have the ability at the checkout register to scan an item to give a customer a price. I’m glad I’m not into crafts, as I will not be back. I’d give them zero stars if Unilocal would have let me…

Everyone was so helpful! The Michael’s near my house in Farmington Hills Closed and I never knew this existed. It’s like a Joanne Fabrics & Michael’s combined! Even better and awesome prices and variety for anyone that craft person(;

The worst customer service ever by a manager. I bought some summer items that didn’t work out. I came back a week later to return them with the receipt. The items had the tags on them but no code, the manager precedes to tell me it’s not the right receipt. I told her I have only been to this store once and this is the bill. She write on the return slip no receipt. She argured with me for another ten minutes before finally giving me my $ 16 that’s right only $ 16. This is deplorable customer service to say the least. NEVERGOINGTOSHOPTHERE!
