Having a huge phobia to having any dental work done, I find Dr. John and Dr. Joel to be absolutely great.
First and foremost, from the receptionist to the checkout, you are treated with such kindness and care. Cathy will always have a big hello, megawatt smile and a hug. She always inquires as to how everyone is doing… then you are offered cookies, tea, coffee. If you need to brush before services, they have courtesy items in the restrooms.
I primarily see Dr. john when I need dental work completed and I’ve never had a negative issue. I’m a big chicken and need a bit of comforting before any work and he never makes me feel like an idiot for feeling this way. His assistants are just as kind and caring.
The hygienists are awesome, too!
You are in good hands if you choose this dental offIce.

Bad service, the cleaning hurt after, they over billed my insurance which they got caught for, and they had no idea what they where doing saving your money and time go somewhere else.

As trips to the dentist go, this is the most amazing dental office I have ever been to. My wife has been a patient here since before they moved to their current location (long time). She got me to give them a try about 6 years ago. I really didn’t know what I was missing!
The office looks like a lodge from the north woods. I have never seen anything like it. It is very nice and very comfortable in the waiting area. You would not know you were in a dentist office. Coffee, cookies, and water are complimentary in the waiting area.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Customer service is the best whether you are there for an appointment, to pay a bill, have an emergency, whatever it is, they are smiling and there to help. New patients have their picture taken and the staff always recognizes you when you walk in the door and everybody greets you by first name. This level of customer service is practically unheard of in this day and age.
The hygienists and dentists are the same way. They greet you by name and always have some personal tidbit to chat about with you. One gets the feeling that they know you on a personal level. And the level of care is outstanding! They stand behind their work and if anything goes wrong they make it right, free of charge. They evaluated their own work and had me come back for a replacement filling because they didn’t like the way it looked. I wouldn’t have known anything was wrong. They took care of it at my convenience and at no charge to me.
I’ll never go anywhere else and I hope these guys are in business for as long as I need a dentist!
