Kerby’s Koney Island

Horrible service the worst food I ever had. It was so horrible I would not feed it to my dog. There the no silverware or condiments. And the waiter was a horrible person. She said my credit card was declined but u said run in again and it passed and said your lucky in a snobby way. Never go to this place.

They mess up your order and it’s ran terribly. I know it’s not a five star restaurant but customer service is customer service. My waitress Elaina was super friendly and sweet but the blonde female manager is a nightmare. They got my order completely wrong the first time. I came in the second time and the manager says to sweet Elaina. Watch out this will be a fancy order. How fancy is a meat lovers omelet add spinach onions and mushrooms with no cheese? Never again!

Since I work in the area, I will sometimes stop here for lunch. This Kerby’s serves up your typical coney island fare. The only reason I come back to this coney is because its location, otherwise there are a million and one other Coney Islands that I rather go to get my Greek salad fix. Service here is hit or miss. I have had orders messed up here on numerous occasions and requested condiments are often missing if I am getting a carry out. So why do I keep on returning? Not sure actually, I might be a masochist or I’m just to lazy to go across the street for yet another Coney Island. If you go, expect fast service, typical coney fare and basic coney surroundings… but don’t expect anything more than that.
