Mrs Fields Cookies

Had to get some brownies for a coworkers birthday the next day, so I stopped in the mall to see whether here or nestle across the mall would have a better deal. I decided here because, unlike nestle, the woman at the counter knew exactly how much it would cost (2 for 5), and she was very friendly. The cashier was knowledgeable about the best way to store them overnight, and was very generous with the samples! Had to wait about 30 min for them but that’s not a problem when you can look around the mall. The brownies were fresh and delicious!

This store is being managed very poorly. I’ve purchased 2 large cookies over past 6 months and they’ve messed up both cookies. First cookie was decorated so poorly – something I’ve could’ve done. Was one thin piping of frosting around the edges and the same with the lettering.
I give it another try 2 months later – this time the decorative piping is as advertised, but they wrote Birthday «Bizos» ! This was for a party – someone picked it up for me on the way to the event, so didn’t notice. When the cookie arrived to party, I called the store –the manager promised a free cookie my next order.
Yesterday I tried to order my «free» cookie, and everyone there claims I’m lying even though I have a picture and over 10 witnesses.
Service is bad everytime I tried to order – put on hold, or never call back for my order.
Enough poor service – never using again!
I will now travel 18 miles to another Mrs Fields

Ok, so this is now a free standing counter in the middle of the mall and not technically a store. But I had to rate it because I love the staff. My kids always want a cookie when we go to 12 Oaks and this is their favorite place. Not only are the cookies always great but they are super sweet to my kids. That is a big plus in my book!
