Nice people, very good online banking and bill pay, usually reasonable lines in the branch… but PAINFULLY slow drive-​up window service. Also, they drew lots of customers in with an e-​savings account that was supposed to pay very competitive savings rates. And it did, for about a year… then it quickly went to a typical ridiculously low interest rate. Classic ‘bait and switch’.
