I discovered this yoga studio a week ago and I am obsessed!
Unfortunately I am relocating in a few weeks out of state but Nyack Yoga has become one of the biggest reasons I am now sad to leave New York.
Every instructor is so nice and helpful. Even the larger classes have an intimate feel about them. The instructors are good about coming around and making tiny adjustments to help you improve your form. They offer a wide array of classes with times that can easily fit your schedule.
Compared to a lot of other yoga studios in Rockland County their packages are also a really great value.
Did I mention they have aerial yoga classes for all levels. What is cooler than hanging upside down for a bit?!
Definitely worth stopping in and trying a class out. I promise you’ll be back:)

Every teacher is fantastic! I have never been to a bad class. The people are warm and inviting. Friendly patrons. Optional workshops. A nice community. Give it a one week free trial and find out for yourself!

I’ve been reading about Aerial yoga for a few years now and I was ecstatic to find out that there was a local place nearby to go and try it out. Intimidated at first, Brian and company demonstrate and facilitate each move which leaves for a great experience. Hopefully I can find a class that can fit into my schedule. Definitely a must try.

Large clean studio with amazing staff and tons of class levels and offerings. Yoga mats and props for use if you forget yours or are just simply a beginner. Mats clothing, and other yoga needs sold on a small scale here. Groupon offerings all the time so great for discounted rates. Truly wonderful staff here!
