I’m taking my 2012 Kia Soul in for the THIRD time to get my drivers side window fixed. Why on earth it can’t be fixed the first time is totally unbelievable. I’ve never had an issue like this in any other brand I’ve ever owned. Ever.

The Internet Sales Manager Brandi was great. Once I made up my mind on the trim and color everything happened very quickly. No pressure, no surprises and no hassles. The model I wanted was on the lot and it was a 45 minute transaction from the time i walked through the front door and met Brandi until I signed the final paperwork with Jason.
I highly recommend Auffenberg for anyone in the market for a KIA!
