Becky’s Carpet & Tile Super Store

They only get one start because I HAVE to rate it somehow… NEVER again will I ever go there. On Friday at about 6pm I visited their location only to find out I had a $ 10 credit… from THREE YEARS AGO I NEVER KNEW ABOUT. Everyone was too lazy to get up and speak with me — there were two men behind the counter that looked like I was bothering them by walking into their empty store. The woman, to her credit, did look welcoming but was headed out the door as her day was finished. So the salesman who I spoke with on the phone previously came in from smoking (while the other two just sat… staring…and NOT CARING). He did warn me my grout isn’t in stock anymore but he couldn’t see my file because I only had a credit and no file. He was kind enough to help suggest Home Depot (another bad experience) and Lowe’s where I got the match. I am so appalled by the behavior of the two people behind the counter that couldn’t care less I was in the store — I hope the man who did help me keeps up the good attitude…
