Wow! My first Firehouse visit… Home run.
Friendly-​faced staff, clean, spotless bathrooms.
Sub was killer (see pic).
Staff was genuinely friendly without being annoying. They must pay well, because they have a great crew, from the manager on down. Server asked me if it was my first time, and guided me in my first selection, just as I like it, she quickly took me to 2 choices so I didnt have to study the menu, but then let me make the choice… smart.
I loved the 30ish bottles of hot sauces to sample. But may I suggeat a few mustard or dressing options besides hot sauce, dijon?
Did I mention the sub was perfect?
Outside front was trashy though, land owner needs to clean the area and empty trashcans, it was bad.

My wife and I’s favorite sub shop. Just wish they delivered, other than that, they are superb.

I downloaded Unilocal just now specifically to tell the world how fantastic this place is. They were so nice to me, and that was the most delicious meatball sub I’ve ever had. Plus they collect money for first responders. Llllloved it.

Fun atmosphere. Bring the kiddos! Service is the best! You have to try the brisket… hold mayo… add chopped pickle. You will not be disappointed. I love all the sauces out to sample also. You can have a different sandwich every trip by trying a new sauce. :)

It was ok. Friendly atmosphere no doubt and amazing service but the sandwich was just ok. Posted a picture of it. They do have one of those sweet coke machines with like every flavor possible.

Went in here for lunch… Just wanted a quick bite. The food was great I had a Philly cheese steak. The staff were great. I felt like a Star in here. Check them out for Lunch.

This was delicious! It reminds me of Quiznos but way better! The bbq brisket and Italian sandwiches are excellent! The service was great & the drink variety was huge! We will definitely return and recommend to others!

Love this place!!! Great service and delicious subs. I tried the the NY Streamer which has corned beef and pastrami with American cheese, mustard, mayo, Italian dressing and you can have it on white or wheat bread. It was amazing. The meat was juicy and tasty, the cheese added the perfect amount of creaminess and the toasted bread added that much needed crunch. It was so good that I came back the same night to take one home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the service is quick and atmosphere is more of a diner style but really nice.

Finally! I tried this sub sandwich chain that everybody always speaks highly about. This place did not disappoint. I came in and was greeted with super friendly staff who gave me a well detailed and well-​informed tour of the menu and all their options which made it much easier for me to make my decision. With that decision I went with the hometown favorite and at hot specialty sandwich that was noted here on Unilocal,the beef brisket and cheddar. It was fantastic, and I feel it was at fair value. I most definitely, most definitely love the wide array of hot sauces. I love hot sauce! They had them categorized from a heat level arranging for 1 through 10, they were labeled with stickers. I also thought that soda machine they have with 150 plus flavors was also legit. I had seen it before, but I had not really used this awesome machine often. It was a treat! I enjoyed my experience at Firehouse so much I had to come back the next day to try the New York steamer and capture that Duke title really quick, because I knew nobody else had it yet. Lol. The New York steamer consisted of corn beef pastrami and a melted cheese I can’t remember what it was I inhaled a sandwich too quickly to take a picture of it. That is one of mine faults I guess. Where I get so excited to eat something that I forget to take a picture to show everyone here honey help what it’s all about. So far I’ve only been there once, but it was delicious. Got the Steak and Cheese and was not disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back to try something else!

I had been meaning to try Firehouse because my Mom & Dad rave about it. I ordered the Surachi beef sub and it was absolutely fantastic. The service here was really good as well. I’ll be back!

I sure do like this place. I always get the meatball, and my wife gets the steak and cheese. The staff is friendly and the food is a cut above most in the «sub shop» category. We are becoming regulars here.

The best sub shop around. Picklemanns doesn’t even compare. Staff is friendly and quick. Love the theme. Also, awesome that you can round up your total for a donation to first responders.

The staff is nice and the food is great! I’d definitely recommend this place.

Friendliest staff, and awesome hot sauce selection!

I had a buddy bring me here about 3 weeks ago he was raving about it, so I figured why not. I’m going to have to say the sandwiches are very good as for the cole slaw for my side, I would have to give that 1 star. I just decided to put a bunch of hot sauce to give it some kind of flavor. The only other qualm is the speed of service, it take awhile for the orders to come up.

Very good sammich. Quality ingredients and friendly folks. Whats not to like? Had the pulled pork and slaw sammich. No complaints whatsoever!

Grew up on this instead of Subway being from Florida and this location is no different. Clean, Courtesy and quick. Don’t be expecting a dried out bun and out food from this place, the food is always warm and great. Firehouse makes subs the right way.

Fast service and very helpful advice for newcomers. Definitely the best sandwich shop around. Plenty of seating and very kid friendly.
