I would give the person taking orders 2 stars. I don’t know if it is a language barrier, but she seems very short tempered(not mean, but not friendly) with customers and on several occasions she is watching TV while ringing me out. The delivery people are very friendly. I would give them 5 stars. The food is good and helps when I have a Chinese food craving. It isn’t the same kind I grew up loving(Springfield style) but it is close. It is a little on the pricy side, but I do understand, it being a family owned business.

I love the Wonton soup the duck is very good too. The service is always fast and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. It’s small family owned business that try to do their best.

Shitty Experience… the fat/tall chinese lady(probably the owner’s wife) — what a SAD and RUDE individual she is! No courtesy and gratitude to customers walking in. Me and my colleague walked in got our menus and in the first 5 mins decided to WALKOUT. WILLNEVERDINE-IN or CARRY-OUT here even if the food is good. Much better and decent places around and in the area.

If you are looking for San Francisco china town Chinese this is not it. What we got here is small family owned and operated Chinese restaurant with average Chinese food. You get what you pay for. It is a little pricier for some items but overall not bad. My personal favorites are sesame chicken and general Tso’s chicken. Order these items via combo platter or you will pay too much. And if you expecting customer service good luck, the owner is too busy watching her Chinese soap opera on her laptop.

Always good. Always fast. I’m über picky about Chinese food in fact rarely eat it. The chicken is really white meat chicken. Definitely a fan of the boneless hot braised chicken and their crab Rangoon is the best around.

Always get the same thing. Hot braised chicken. And it is phenomenal. Love the staff, they’re hard working and efficient. My sister, my best friend, and my mother all love the lo mein. Don’t know what the other reviewers are saying! This place is great, good food, and a really great price! Been coming here for over 4 years and will continue.

I’m a big supporter of local restaurants in my neighborhood but I can no longer support this restaurant. The staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. I recently ordered online w delivery. When the food arrived I had the wrong order. When I called up to explain the situation the staff argued w me that they” don’t have online order or delivery “. I gave them their website info and then the proceeded to argue we that I had the right order. I even offered to drive up and exchange the food, instead of asking to have the correct order delivered, and the continued to argue w me!!! The food is decent but not anything special … I will not return to this restaurant !

I decided to try this out because of a referral and to be honest it wasn’t as great as I expected. The food was pretty good but I felt that for the price it should have included fried rice and crab ragoon or an egg roll. The service was okay, not the friendliest but not rude. I personally don’t think I would go back, but that’s just my opinion.

The food was just okay, nothing to brag about in terms of over the top good food As it relates to service, there was much to be desired. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The owners kids do homework while handling cash register duties. Also they were walking around the restaurant without shoes. This can sometime have an impact on the appetite. If your looking for a restaurant with great atmosphere, this should not be your first selection.

Consistently good. Way above average for Chinese in St Charles County.

I went there for lunch today, and first impressions were good. Typical Chinese place, and they have a delivery carryout menu. Staff was great and very friendly. My girlfriend and I both ordered off the lunch menu, which includes soup, your entrée, fried rice, a crab ragoon, and a fried wanton. The last two I do not care for normally, nor did I in this case. For soup I ordered the hot and sour soup, which wasn’t too bad, and that was the best thing I ate. My kung pao chicken was very rubbery and very bland. Usually Kung Pao is powerful, spicy, and enjoyable– if there weren’t an abundance of peppers in the sauce, I doubt I wouldve tasted anything. The fried rice was pretty awful, too. It reminded me of the texture of carpet, and probably tastes the same, although I’ve never tried it. Overall, my Chinese fix was ruined today. Its like craving a nice cold Molson, and being served luke warm Natty that’s flat. Disappointing and rips your insides up. This may have been my worst meal yet since moving to the O’Fallon area. I would have rather eaten Panda Express.
