The doctor’s are great — Keep you eyes on the insurance billing. It took several calls and a lot of time to clear up the billing issues. While the bills were eventually cleared up, I expect the doctor’s office to be more knowledgeable about the insurance than I am.
Also not the best practice to dialate someone’s eyes and then ask them to pick out glasses.

I’ve been going to Dr. Goerss for around seven years. All my visits were painless and every body was friendly and helpful. They stay on top of my insurance and I always get the most for my eye care insurance. My wife and I both use Eyecare Associates and we have never felt like changing. Truth is they treat me like the President of the company, so I know that I’m special. Yes I am, Yes I am.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Tomasino is THE BEST. Dr. Tomasino is patient, thorough, and he takes the time to explain everything as if you are his only patient. I highly recommend Iverson-Tomasino for all of your optical needs!

I’ve only seen Dr. Goerss, but have been seeing him for several years. I’m extremely pleased with his care. He’s always very courteous and friendly, and always explains things thoroughly. I never feel like he’s rushing or not listening to my questions or concerns. I also appreciate that he explains the various options that are available to me.
The staff and assistants are friendly and helpful. They give a lot of samples (eye drops, wetting solution, contacts), which I appreciate! The adjoining eyeglass shop has a nice selection and the staff is helpful when trying to pick out glasses.
The only downside is that the office is small and a bit cramped and the parking lot is small. I’ve had to park across the street, which isn’t really a big deal.
I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for eye care!

This is my third year of visiting Iverson-Tomasino-Goerss for an eye exam. This is the first time, I haven’t had the same optometrist and only because the one I used to go to has moved along with her husband out of town. To me, that is one of the best things they do, continuity of care. You see the same people all the time. They make notes and look them over. My wife and I were both remarking that we had the most thorough eye exam we have ever had this time.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The only real downside is they don’t have a lot of parking. There always seems to be enough, but sometimes it is a little bit tight.
