I ordered a beautiful red recliner. I was told it would take 4 – 6 weeks. I felt the need to call twice to check on order. Having that communication helped, I didn’t want to be forgotten. My third call I was told it was available. Not sure how long it had been there, but it was then I scheduled the delivery. It arrived on time and in beautiful shape. Looking at purchasing more from them, if I can be patient.

We’ve ordered 3 times from them now … Melissa is great to deal with. Although, the Amish furniture we purchased had to be re-made, both pieces were damaged in shipping. We are happy with our other two purchases.

I ordered furniture 7 weeks ago and still have not received my furniture. When I purchased the furniture I was informed of a 4 week order time. At 4 weeks I was told 6 weeks, at 6 weeks I was told one more week. And still NOFURNITURE! We are a military family and Relocating in August and are out of time… with no furniture. My advise do not order from Kloss they are dishonest and uninformed about their own products. When I complain to the employees no one seems care. Take your money to a business that will fulfill their promise and provide decent customer service.
