We had a few bill pay issues that they corrected for us in a few minutes. We have always been very pleased with all aspects of service.

The Ofallon branch is just okay. I’ve never had a problem with the tellers. But the SCU mortgage department is a nightmare! We had so many problems with our re-fi, we almost stuck with Wells Fargo. And that’s saying something. Unprofessional, our«officer» was never available, and even at closing, she called in sick. Our rate was great, but it took far longer and caused more headaches than it was worth.

I disagree with the other reviews. Tellers have always been polite and helpful. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I have never had any difficulty accessing my funds or making transfers.

I have been banking there for 10 years and this place is getting worse. Anytime I want to take a large sum of money out of the bank it is a fight with these people. When you tell them your unhappy with how they do business they don’t care.

I have never had a pleasant experience at the O’Fallon branch at SCU. The last time the teller in drive-thru made a huge scene, flailing her arms in the air and screaming at me, and I was mortified! I had a simple question about making a deposit and was polite the whole time. Another teller came up and answered my question in less than 10 words, simple as that. I think the first teller didn’t know her stuff and had a major childish outrage! The bankers(for loans and new accounts and such) inside are hit and miss. Katie is fantastic and professional but the others I’ve dealt with only see you as a number and don’t even make eye contact. Overall, the O’Fallon branch is highly unprofessional, impersonal, cold, rude, unethical, and makes your banking experience terrible. Do not bother with this branch, save yourself the headache! I even called the branch manager after the drive-thru experience but the hold times were WAY too long(over 45 minutes) every time I tried calling and I had to get back to work, so I wrote an e-mail and I did receive a reply that the manager would be notified. I doubt it.

I live in O’Fallon & drive into Fairview Heights to do my banking. The tellers I’ve encountered at the O’Fallon branch are not friendly. There is one that goes out of her way to be rude every single time! I even called the branch manager to complain & I’ve never done that in my entire life! The drive into FVH location is well worth it!
