Wendy’s

What happened to hot fast food, and customer service here. They have good cheeseburgers I guess only on good days. Soo inconsistent. Try you again in 6 months… since I eat here that often.

Let me start off by saying I have always been a fan of Wendy’s because they have good food, fast service, and great prices but I have noticed on the last 2 visits something has changed and the not only has the quality of staff declined the speed and food quality has declined. I went through the drive through yesterday and 1^st of all the 2 window process that usually speeds up the process was NOT in use and the staff person that met me at the sencond window certainly did not impress me. I don’t know if Wendy’s have lowered their hiring standards but when I arrived at the window the kid had at least 6 piercings in his face and a tongue ring in while dealing with customers. Maybe I am old-​fashioned but this to me does not represent a professional appearance. I know it is more socially accepted today but he was working NOT at the club. NOT to mention the burgers were put together sloppily and it was cold by the time I made it home 1 minute later. I visit this location for convenience but I am much more willing to make the drive to other businesses further from home where I am greeted by a friendly professional staff and my order isn’t merely an inconvenience for the kids working inside. I can tell you this is the last time I spend a dollar at Wendy’s because there are too many places out there that appreciate my business and take the time to insure their staff looks the part.

Phenomenal, and this is for a chain restaurant.
I have been by here on a few occasions, and I can’t understand how they do everything so fast and so accurate. People from corporate McDonald’s (and really any corporate chain restaurant) needs to study what happens here at this location, and apply it to their restaurants.
I always go inside when I stop by fast food joints, mostly to make sure that whatever I get is done correctly and can correct problems whenever the happen. But this location is always correct, and if there is a line, it moves fast.
If you are ever in the area and Jonesing for some chili, make sure you stop by. You won’t be disappointed!

Brand new location, been there 3 times, and the food was PERFECT all three. Thank you for opening this location!
