Debbie and Jennifer in the office are great, Bennay (spelling) is rude to many. Glen the maintenance man is hardworking, he should have more help. Beick, the company that owns the place is money hungry. Been here for over three years, they will not let you go month to month on your lease, even if you have issues in your life that come up.
You have a reserved parking spot but others are always parking in it and in the fire lanes. No visitor parking is available at all, my spot is always used because it’s the first spot. No disability parking either.
Place is pretty quiet but when people do laundry when they are not suppose to, you can hear it. Laundry hours are 8am-​10pm. When people above you do their wash at midnight, it can be annoying.
Pool is suppose to be heated, supposed to be.
Grounds are clean.
Wish the recyclables were emptied twice a week instead of once, they do get overfilled, but if people disposed of trash properly, this would help with the problem.
Most neighbors are friendly.

I love living here. Debbie has been wonderful and very helpful. Disregard the previous reviewers comments. The apartments are nice and spacious. The noise level is very low. It’s nice to have a garage. The maintenance man is very good and reliable.
If you are a good tenant who doesn’t break things, keeps your apartment clean, pay your rent on time and don’t start drama, then you will have no problems living here. If you are one to start trouble and don’t pay your bills and live like a pig, then you are going to have issues. Just because there is a manager doesn’t mean that you can bark orders to them. Be respectful!

I have lived here for 7 months now and it has been the worst experience of my life I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! To start off the management is terrible the lady in the office is rude and disrespectful, she has screamed at my girlfriend on multiple occasions. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved in and still hasn’t been fixed I get told that’s normal, please explain why it is normal for my dishwasher to pour water on my floor and leave dirty standing water at the bottom. My mirror literally just fell off the wall, my cabinet drawer just fell out, my exhaust fan was broken for 3 months and I was told I don’t need it, the dryer broke, the garbage disposal broke, the ac unit shakes the whole apartment it sounds like a plane taking off and my shower drain doesn’t drain water. It sucks because we love the apartment itself and the neighborhood is great I would love to stay for awhile but between the terrible craftsmanship and the rude staff I will never recommend this to anyone and I will not be staying at the end of my lease
