Called this company to see if they had anything for a sudden move I wasn’t expecting to make. Told her I needed a unit on a Sunday, and she told me I had to come in TODAY to sign for it. Explained to her i was in Oregon and that wasn’t possible. She then told me «Well thats our only day off, so we won’t be coming in» I asked politely if I could make a deposit and have someone come in for a few minutes just for paperwork, and she told me NO company does that, which is not true at all, since I’ve already had multiple other companies offer that. They won’t be getting my money.

I’ve never had a problem with the lady in the office. She is always nice to me. She is very friendly. I always love the way she has decorations for the holiday days.

We used this business because it was close by. We needed to store items that belonged to my father-in-law, since he was moving in to an assisted living home. It was a difficult time for him and us. I should have gone with my instincts after talking to the lady in the office. Dad shortly passed away and we emptied the unit. I let her know we were closing it and she said we couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t give 30 days notice.(We had paid for 1 year). I let her know we would take the 30 day penalty. It has been over 10 weeks now and we still haven’t received our refund. She has said she turned it in to the corporate office. I could say so much more but she isn’t worth it. I will be letting the corporate office know what type of employee they have.

This place only gets one star because Unilocal won’t allow me to post without rating. I just called this place and the lady who answered seriously has some customer service issues! She was so rude and answered my questions with and attitude of «you should know that». I will not be renting storage from here.

NEVERRENTFROMTHISPLACE. I am being generous in the one star purely for the fact that all of my items in the storage unit remained intact and free of mold. Where do I begin… you would think that customer service is something that would be important to a business, not this one. This woman no matter how nice you are to her always acts as if you are inconveniencing her and god forbid you need her help or have a question and you interrupt her while she’s in her lair with those horrible yappy dogs that run around barking and at anyone who is in their storage unit My unit was put under my boyfriends name since he received my movers while i was away and even after asking her repeated times she never switched the account into my name and the direct deposit kept coming out of my boyfriends account. Not a big deal in retrospect but it’s a small fix and that’s her job. I called today and asked what i would need to do to cancel the storage and she rudely commented«did you give me 30 days notice?» It’s not an effin apartment. I have never heard of a notice to cancel a storage unit. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting others to do so as well.
