Now for the upside, The man at the front desk was a very knowledgeable individual, they had free WiFi and coffee, and plenty of magazines and TV to watch, but I was really disappointed by the fact that they didn’t fully diagnose my ‘engine misfire’ situation. They changed my oil, replaced my air filter, and told me to drive it around and if it still acted up to bring it back in. To change an air filter and oil change ran me a total cost of 108.00 and I could’ve probably taken it elsewhere for half that price. If I bring in my vehicle I want it to be fixed right then and there and not have to bring it back again to charge me more repair fees and ridiculous labor costs. I haven’t taken my vehicle back since then and probably will be the first and last time that I ever go there.
