I’m not sure what the bad reviewer could be talking about but I do know there was one dentist there that they fired. Nathan has been doing my dental work /cleaning for over 5 years now and I have been treated well and always very thorough and never over charged. Im very happy with the service and pricing and OPDA. I think the bad reviewer just happened to get in the wrong chair that day Im sure the DR he got must be the one that was let go. All in all 5 stars for Nathan and his dental team.

I have recently started visiting Dr. Lim for dental work and have had nothing but great experiences. I was hesitant in the beginning however, was won over right on the first visit. He is thus far the best dentist that I have visited. I have a number of dental issues and Dr. Lim and his staff have been noting but knowledgeable and understanding about my needs; financial and otherwise. Highly recommend visiting the staff at Oak Park Dental Associates. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and talented.

I arrived with my husband one evening and was impressed by the look of the facility, and the staff. I also liked I called same day for my appointment. We do not have insurance so everything was going to be paid out of pocket. On the phone very nice and informed me of free consultation, which is a bonus as well. I was recommended from 1 – 800 dentist, I should of done more research. We arrived at 5pm, and my husband was taken in around 6 and was taken care of with a consultation and a full scan of his mouth. When that was finished he was told two teeth needed to be pulled, one with a pocket of infection above it. We were given an estimate of $ 394.00, we decided to continue. After the procedure was done, I was dissatisfied about how the doctor conducted himself. I work with animals as a «dentist» myself and it is almost alike. This doctor while having troubles with the extraction kept looking at the assistant saying that’s weird, that’s odd, that’s not supposed to happen. After an hour of trying to pull one tooth he decides then to re-evaluate the xray’s. Then continues with the drill, which the assistant had mention an hour ago to use. My husband was in so much pain and discomfort in the chair during the procedure I was sacred he was going to pass out in the middle of it. The assistant kept telling the doctor to stop because the patient was not doing well. They didn’t seem to even pay attention my husband was an asthmatic and having troubles breathing, why even have the paper with the circle questions. After all was said and done the tooth was finally removed and when we walked up front the bill was hit on us. $ 584.00 :-0 After we were given a quote the price is suddenly changed. That is bad business and ridiculous, we shouldn’t of paid but I was worried about getting my now sore husband home. We received no pain meds until I continued to push for some and no antibiotics after we were told we needed. He didn’t know why the first tooth didn’t have an infection like he thought, and we were sent away with a cd with the xrays on them without a label or cd holder saying go see the oral surgeon, he doesn’t know what is going on with that tooth. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy.
