Bottom line. Great food. Just don’t try to order take out when they are busy. You will wait a LONG time and they are not so friendly when scrambling to attend to their customers. It definitely feels like they are getting the food out to people in the restaurant before filling the orders for take out patrons, which I think is a mistake.

A local favorite of mine. I could eat here daily. Food is amazing everytime. Staff makes you feel like family. Food makes feel like you’ve been transported to Thailand.

Ok, so it looks like a dumpy little side show freak, and essentially, it is. The dining room is small and filled with the chachkies that you’d expect. Sitting in the dinning room comes with the true experience of having your eyes water when someone orders an extra spicy dish. But from these types of road side haunts comes exceptional good. OM is a must try if you are in or passing through the ojai valley. After reading the reviews, I agree. OM is a take out house. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the dinning room experience. Grab it to go and enjoy it somewhere else. Trust me! The Ojai valley has many places to sit and enjoy a meal.

New to the hood and so excited to have this in walking distance. I had the pad ke-mow(Sp?) and it was delicious. I love spice and got it at level 3 and was more than satisfied. It was not greasy as can be the tendency and the basil really shined through. Looking forward to a lovely long term relationship with this place. :-)

I recently ate pad thai served at a music festival by a vendor who referred to his cuisine as White Guy Pad Thai-I appreciated the honesty and had a good idea about what I would be getting for my money. I only wish I was as prepared for the meal that was presented to me by Om Thai Fusion. Anybody who has been to Thailand will agree that this place is well worth avoiding. The gross restaurant décor combined with the open kitchen plan and terrible service in a place with four stars on Unilocal, generally elevates a restaurant to ‘amazing hole in the wall’ status. Please do not make this same mistake. I have been going to Thailand since I was a kid and know what Thai food is.

Had fantastic Green Curry with Tofu and Veggies yesterday! It was fantastic. I live Thai food and have had it since I was a kid in South Asia. I was pleasantly surprised and will be going back for it.

This place is a hidden gem. I was teaching a Shakespeare camp and camping at the nearby Lake Casitas Recreation Area and my boyfriend and I needed a much needed break from the heat on our last day so we stopped by this place. What an excellent choice on our part. The food was fresh and tasty! I got a Thai iced tea which was pre-requisitely almost too sweet. For lunch I got tofu with mint leaves and the butter saffron rice. It was the perfect choice after a week of camp food. I’m sure part of the goodness was the obviously large amount of butter used in the dish, but boy did it hit the spot and the owner/hostess was the sweetest, friendliest woman! We felt welcomed and stayed a good half hour after finishing our meal enjoying the coolness and pleasant environment.

Can’t give a fair rating because we didn’t get to eat here — although we waited over 20 mins for them to open(per posted hours) and no one showed up! Watched several other patrons come and go as well, waiting — no one answered the phone. Not sure what was going on.

One of the best places I’ve eaten in the Ojai Valley. The service here is UNMATCHED, and the gals all make you feel like family(remembered my name from the fist time I went). When I get it to go, the gave me some fried wanton and a water, and when you sit and eat, be prepared to be astounded by the food and service. I get the dinner meals, with orange chicken or BBQ chicken. Both are great. You get the meat, rice(saffron or white) an egg roll, fried wanton, and a dinner salad. You will NOT leave hungry. Make sure you go hungry for food and great service!

They do a good job. The vegetables are local and very freash. For my taste, I must convince them on no uncertain terms that I want to be crying in order to have the proper amount of spice. The coconut soup is awsome. The green curry is good. Thai ice tea is a must.

If I could, I’d give it a 3.5. The food was fine. Not great, and certainly not as great as I was expecting given the reviews here, but good. I ordered the beef pad kee mao and the gf ordered a curry of some sort, and we shared the chicken satay — she, too, thought hers was fine, but nothing to write home about. Maybe I’m spoiled living in the San Gabriel Valley and having lots of good Thai to choose from, I dunno. We ordered our food to go, and when we got back to our hotel, we realized that they didn’t give us any silverware! How do you forget something like that in a to-go order? Anyway, being that we were at a hotel, it was a big of a pain to find silverware, but we found it — still annoying though. So if you’re taking to-go, make sure you check your bag first.

Best Thai food in the Ojai valley in my opinion. Food always comes quick whether you’re eating in or taking to go. My personal favorites are the pineapple fried rice and pad see u

Have never eaten here so gave it a 3 in order to be able to post a review. The opening times of this place DESPERATELY need updating. They are NEVER open at the times that are advertised that they’re open.

From a recommendation of a gym acquaintance, my friend & I came here because we were craving Thai and were in the Ojai area. We were just in time for their lunch specials at $ 6.95 which includes a salad or soup, an entrée and rice. My friend ordered the silver noodle entrée which was light and flavorful and I had the pineapple curry which was sweet and tangy. The salad served beforehand was delicious too with their peanut dressing. Of course we ordered Thai iced tea with our meal and it’s funny because a restaraunt patron passed by asking us what it was because it looked good lol Our luncheon total came up less than $ 20 which was great because we had excellent Thai food, Thai iced tea and awesome customer service :) Too bad the lesson learned today is not to have curry before going hiking lol
