January 21, 2015. I am still having problems with Kaiser in Oakhurst and IT in Fresno. Every time I turn in a refill request there is some sort of problem. Also they try to communicate with you through
(their web site.) but if you have problems with their site your screwed because they don’t know how to call you on the phone. If you want to talk to your doctor you have to make an appointment for him to call you back, might be a day or a week.
They are in bad need of quality control
