There was a time I would swear by Bargain Line!!! Before going to Bargain Line there are a few things you should know: *You must have a re-sellers permit *You must have a tobacco licenses *You must have a business licenses Here is my experience: I would purchase between $ 10,000 and $ 15,000 every other week for one of my stores. They have all the major brands of cigarettes, cigars and tobacco accessories. The employees where very helpful and friendly. More recently there interaction with customers has become less than pleasant. They use to hold checks for two weeks now they refuse and even threaten to not accept your checks. Smiles are less evident now and more often than not customers are complaining. I’ve continued buying from them but in all honestly I’ve increased my orders from other suppliers. I hope this Unilocal reaches Bargain Lines management and they return to there old way of doing business. Charging customers 3% to use credit cards, refusing to accept checks for new customers(or revoking check privileges to old customers) and requiring people to pay cash just doesn’t work for many merchants. Finally, the worst time to go is on a Monday. Bargain Line gets there orders on Tuesdays, more likely than not you wont find some of the best sellers on Mondays.
