We got a hot and delicious family meal to eat at home, and it didn’t break the bank. Gotta love it!

I don’t recommend this location. I went in last night and decided to get a 3 person family meal for my son, my husband and I. It took me a minute to order because I wanted to make sure we got the mixed meal with chicken and ribs. I asked the girl three times if there would be more chicken than ribs and she said yes. When the food finally came out it has one small piece of chicken(leg & thigh quarter) obviously not enough for my husband and I. I politely got up to tell them and the girl yelled over to the manager and they were trying to explain what the screen said they were reading from. I didn’t care what the screen said I know what I ordered. It’s not my fault the cashier entered the order wrong. I finally said, «Forget it!». I sat down and ate my meal unsatisfied with the food and service. I spent $ 30 for 3 people and didn’t even get what I wanted. You can get a rotisserie chicken at Food Max accross the parking lot for $ 5.99 or even go to Popeyes next door. All I know is they made a huge deal over 2 pieces of chicken when they got my order wrong. No one ever even apologized. I will not be returning.

This place is pretty food. but they close at 10pm so how do you run out of chicken at 9:35 on a Tuesday night??? Poor management, losing money! It looked more like they just wanted to shut down early$

Well if you like sloppy cafeteria food. And losers begging for you food as soon as you step out the door. Come here!

Favorite go to place to eat! Everything is delicious and taste so homemade, yumm! The chicken is always so buttery and moist I cannot get enough! I usually pair the chicken with either Mac and cheese or Mash potatoes. The cashiers are super nice and friendly and if you come there often they remember you name which is always so welcoming. This location is great too because you can go next door for some donuts or across the parking lot grocery shopping!

I have never had anyone screw my order up so bad. Ordered a chicken meal. I received ribs(didn’t order), apple side(didn’t order), mac & cheese(didn’t order), veggies(didn’t order), and an apple pie(didn’t order). What a disappointment when I got home. Ordered online, so everything was in black and white. Okay, maybe they gave me someone else s order right? The receipt for my correct order was in the bag with the screwed up order. Go figure… No excuses, the worst blunder at any restaurant, ever!

Most Boston Markets are the same as the next. This location differs in the staff does a little more than others I’ve been to. They are always excited to greet you at the counter. It’s always an above average greeting. Also, they deliver your orders to your table rather than calling you up to the counter to get it. It doesn’t sound like much but at a place that’s considered fast food it’s a big deal. I still wish they would advertise the alternate bread options that they have. Sometimes I don’t always want cornbread. Granted I’ve been going to Boston Market for years so I already know but it would be cool for new people. Though i like the new chicken flavors I’m not a fan of the price hike on them. I can’t imagine seasoning costs that much more. It would be nice if the prices would just stay consistent across the board.

The people are always pretty friendly there, which is good. The food is good 95% of the time. There have been a few times where the chicken was dry or too greasy but for the most part it’s good. They put oil on their steamed veggies FYI. I have no idea why. I’m trying to make a healthy choice, not get more oil. It’s kind of weird that every time new food comes out they yell the name of the food. For instance a worker brings out a new tray of potatoes. All the workers go «hot fresh potatoes!» really loudly. They do it with every item brought out. This is NOT a clean place. I have witnessed flies all over the cornbread behind the counter several times. This is the cornbread they’re bagging and selling to you. I’ve also seen trails of ants by the eating tables along the floor. Bathrooms aren’t particularly clean either. Their Mediterranean chicken salad tasted awful to me, and the dressing was rancid tasting… but to each their own.

These guys are always super friendly at this place — and they are quick! Now, the rest here is for stupid Unilocal because they can’t post my simple sentence for being too short. Unilocal deserves a poor review here!

I used to love this place. But after about the fifth time of having to throw my potpie out because the dough on the inside of the inside of the crust is not fully cooked, I’m cooked. This time I even got the pleasure of raw veggies! I tried calling management about the issue a few times just cause I don’t want myself and others to get sick and they aggressively, fully insist that it is cooked in full. Epic fail. Not gonna fall for that again. Shame on you Boston Market and shame on me for believing you.

Sometimes you have a craving for some fast food or just want a quick meal because you’re short on time. People tend to think of your fast food chain as a burger joint and don’t think that you can actually get a pretty good meal at Boston Market. My preferred entrée there is the rotisserie chicken. It is moist, well-seasoned and is quite tasty. I usually get their half-chicken rotisserie meal with two sides and a corn bread. The have a dozen or so sides for you to choose, but I love their loaded mashed potatoes that is topped with cheese and bacon bits. I like it so much, that I get two sides of it. It is not runny and has the right texture where you can stand a fork in it and has cheese and bacon bits. The workers are friendly and efficient. Though I have always had my food to go, you can dine in there as well. After ordering, you take a seat in the dining room and they bring the food out to you after the order is plated… not on plastic or paper plates, but real plates. Overall, a pretty good place for a fast food meal that’s not your typical burger joint.

This location is my favorite Boston Market. I like the chain, in general, with good food-fast, rather than just fast food. They have sides that are for the health conscious, as well as for those with cheese and carb cravings. This particular Boston Market is conveniently located in a shopping center, just off the I-880, with a Starbucks and a Chinese/donut shop in the same building. The staff has always been excellent to me, and has done well to keep the place clean. They have plenty of parking and restrooms.

When some of my friends hear«Boston Market», they’re like ew… gross. I don’t understand. I like it… What’s so bad about fresh rotisserie chicken, plenty of sides to choose from, and really good cornbread that isn’t dry and is perfect every single time lol. Good thing my BF likes Boston Market too, or else… we have a problem lol. Anyways, sometimes I just crave for some chicken and mac and cheese and corn bread. BM has it all. lol. It is especially satisfying with I come in with a coupon. Muahahaha. Anyways, I always get the 3 piece dark meat meal that comes with 2 sides and corn bread. My sides vary depending on my mood. I ask for extra gravy on the side cause i like to dip my chicken in that… lol. or I dip it in Ketchup and hot sauce. Yums! The service here really depends on who you get. Sometimes they can be very friendly and helpful, other times they’re like, ok just order and get outta my line. sigh… it’s technically like a fast food. soo. I take what I can get, as long as u get my order right. Prices are decent, you should definitely get full off of one meal. Plus the CORNBREADISAMAZING. if you have room in your tummy, order and extra one or two… or three… maybe 4. lol. I just like that its sweet and chewy. =] The area might feel a bit sketch, but that’s because it’s in Oakland, silly! lol. I’ll dig around for more coupons and come back!

Can’t quite seem to figure out why I return to this place over and over again. The only thing I really enjoy is the rotisserie chicken and the chalula sauce. Everything else is extremely mediocre from the side dishes to the soups and salads. I think it’s the convenience of it all and perhaps because it isn’t too expensive. I visit BM often because it’s one of the only hot foods near my work place that isn’t chinese food or burritos. I’ve become quite accustomed to the people here who now know me by name, and the buy 1 meal, get 1 free meal on saturday coupons. But still, for the life of me I have no idea why I keep ending up here because I always dread having to choose yet another boring side for my three piece dark. I think I have to make some better life decisions. lol

I heart Boston Market. Motto«home cooking and leave the cooking to us» Love getting the chicken meal with mash potatoes & mac n cheese. What a simple yet nice meal to go after a long day. If you dine in, the service is fast and they bring it to your table. See my picture! This location is hidden by the freeway, not really sure a lot of the Boston Markets didn’t do so well. Rumor has it they are owned by McDonald’s.

Boston Market has been around for decades. never ate here since turkey, ham, and rotisserie chicken aren’t great favs. eats: mac & cheese(L4.49) –very cheesy flavor, tasted like cheddar –macaroni was large spirals, almost chewy, not al dente –tasted natural, no artifical flavors nor chemical aftertaste 3.5 stars foodnotes: –size almost same(or slightly smaller) than corner bakery — $ 2 cheaper than corner –service pretty helpful, cordial, efficient. –lots of seating… 4 stars. overall 3.5 stars.

BM is a great rotisserie chicken restaurant fast-food chain. I either get ¼ or ½ chicken individual meal. Comes with cornbread. The chicken is very moist. Can taste the garlic hint. I dont eat BM often. Which is a good thing. Probably like 3 – 4 times a year. It’s still delicious every single time I eat here. My favorite gourmet sides are mash potatoes & squash casserole. Sometimes I get steam vegetables. This particular BM do give u a generous amount of sides and first time at this location. Fast & friendly service. Will come back again when there’s a deal.
