Our company has had the good fortune of working with the folks at BuildZig, for both «funds control» work and entitlement-​related and construction-​related project management work, for a total of 15 or 20 or so times over the years.
Without exception I have found their team-​members to be professional and knowledgeable in their work and good communicators.
Of course, even the best projects have unexpected hiccups or small problems and we had some of those, but they were always managed well by the BuildZig team.
I look forward to continuing to work with BuildZig in the future.

BuildZig is a one stop shop for all things real estate. I recommend them to all my family and friends and everyone has been very satisfied with the results.

Buildzig is in charge of a project next door to my building. My car — always parked in front of the bldg. has two dents that will cost at least 1000 to fix. Their tradesman are the only ones who could have caused this damage and we believe Buildzig is liable. You would think they would want to keep the neighborhood happy while working in such close quarters however they are not answering phone calls and won’t take the responsibility. The staff is not professionally. Beware.
