Worst place ever. Waste of time. Never called me back.
About 3 months ago, my 3 month old son got his head scanned for the helmet and was told that they will contact me within two weeks. Two months passed and I have not heard from them. I called them to check on it and was told that the person who works on the helmet quit so that I had to rescanned my son’s head. After the second scanned, it’s been two weeks and still, have not heard back from them. I called and the receptionist did not know anything about my son’s status and that I had to speak to Amy, who was suppose to call me back. I waited and still no calls. I called back again and no one picks up so I left them messages but still, no luck. :(
I’m very disappointed in this place.

So far so good. Getting the kids head reshaped due to Torticollis. Good people don’t let kids grow up with funky shaped heads!; -) Imagine, he’d have to cut off 1″ from his sunglasses if we didn’t do this and he got older as is! : — O
