I have heard many wonderful reviews about Dawn elevator and how efficient their service is, but it was not until my sisters illness that their professionalism touched me. They went out of their way to make sure her elevator was working that day so that she did not have to climb the stairs. It is so nice to see a company that still cares!

I love Dwan Elevator! They have reliably serviced my personal elevator for the 5 years I’ve lived in my current house. In addition, they have gone out of their way all these years to be helpful to me in an emergency. However, this week will make me grateful to them forever. The motor to my elevator died, and it will take some time to get me a new motor. (And let me mention here, I am currently undergoing chemo treatments.) The Dwan team, Jimmy & Rick, immediately said «We know what you’re going through and we’ll find a spare motor and put it in tomorrow.» And they did. Thank you Rick. Thank you Jimmy. You’re kindness was so meaningful. Thank you Dwan. Forever grateful.

Dwan Elevator has serviced our family’s Elevettes for over 40 years and they have always given thoughtful, excellent service. This company is run by elevator people — and they go to the top!

This is the worst company and worst follow up I have ever dealt with. They will show up on your job site. TALK about how they can help you. They can install this and do that. They give you the big horse and pony show, but then IF your job is too small; forget it! They do not want to deal with smaller jobs. Meaning if you only have ONE lift to install.
I wanted two lifts installed on two different properties. After SEVERAL calls over 3 weeks, Still nothing… I have left messages and spoke with the installers, estimators. Still I get the run-​around.
Then finally the excused come floating in.
1) I cant find a contractor to install it. DUH. i thought you were the one installing it.
2) The boss went on Vacation.
3) He is back from vacation let me see what I can do.
4) STILL NOTHING. They just sit back and wait for you to go away.
I know what they are doing. Keeping busy on «the big job» They are just too busy to help.
When the «the big job» is finished and your looking to just stay a float. That is when you will see the professional contractors shine. Personally I don’t think this is one of them.
Well… GOODLUCK Dwan Elevator. When the money stops and your looking for work I hope your company makes it.
