I am a property owner in Oakland Ca. I first became acquainted with GRC Roofing Co. When I saw some work they did on a property close to one of my rentals. My unit was in need of repairs also, and being on a budget I had been looking for competitive bids.
I took the card the renter had and called GRC and was pleasantly surprised that they were also a local company, and were able to fit me into their schedule at a time convenient to my schedule.
I was happy that the estimate was in my price range. I had also inquired about some gutter work that I had been putting off due to timing and cost.
I scheduled a start date and was so happy with the finished result, I called my GRC representative Robert to let him know how happy i was with the results and appearance and i noticed the gutters had been done also! When I asked how much he said no charge. I was floored and will recommend GRC to all my commercial as well as residential contacts not to mention family and friends. Thank you so much for treating me more like just a customer or number, i will definitely be referring you for years to come! Thank you GRC and your great staff.

I’m more upset than ever. I’m now doing a soft building upgrade. During the construction, we discovered that there has been much damage caused by the leaky roof installed by GRC. Dry rot, mildew. Now I may have tear down to the boards again to see how much I have to do. Rainy season will start soon. How do these people stay in business? Breaks my heart and my wallet. What a waste. Not only did I lose out on the $ 11,000 + but also the constant worrying and never ending repairs. I was in denial and did not realize the long term ramifications of having something done incorrectly. Just be careful.
