I’ve had several home improvement projects over the years, and Infinite Builders Group is, hands-down, the best contractor I’ve worked with. They replaced my entire front door and frame with a new pre-hung system; painted it; and patched and painted the surrounding stucco. Their work is impeccable. Henry, IBG’s lead carpenter, has an eye for things I wouldn’t think to catch.(Even the way Henry rips out stucco is neat and meticulous.) Their quote was fair, and they stayed within budget. William and John(the two owners) are both a joy to work with. Their customer service is top notch — prompt, attentive to all details so everybody is on the same page and knows what to expect and when to expect it, and courteous. It is very easy to communicate with William — when you are in the weeds of a project, you really appreciate this intangible aspect of a builder. He catches all of the«little things,» understands my non-technical mumble jumble, and when necessary, easily«translates» building terminology. This is such a valuable combination of great work and effective customer service, and I feel very fortunate to have found IBG.

Infinite Builders Group did an absolutely amazing plumbing job at our smoothie and juice shop. They have excellent customer service. The owner William not only called to touch base about scheduling and our needs, but he stopped by personally on several occasions to see how the job was going and to offer his expertise for other construction questions we had. The last contractor we used put flimsy pipes in that we’re starting to leak with barely any use. But not infinite Builders Group The plumbing job was excellent. Beautiful copper piping, very secure and clean and very solid construction. I’ll definitely be using IBG and William Haynes for future work!

Infinite Building Group is wonderful. The owner William is fabulous, professional and timely. We had a very tight time restraint turning a basement room into a bedroom for my sick mother and he worked hard to make it all happen. He is very organized, thorough and efficient. His team of builders are skilled, friendly, and hard working professionals. We are so pleased with how the room turned out!

William, the owner of Infinite Builders was a joy to work with. We contracted Infinite Builders to replace our roof and he made the process super easy. His bid was very fair, the services were timely, he had excellent follow through and he took detailed care in the work as if it was his own home. As a mom of three with a full time business, I feared the time and energy it would take from my husband and I to manage a project such as this, but William was so proactive and communicative that there was very little to manage. I also appreciate being able to support a small local business so it was a win-win. I look forward to planning and executing more projects with William in the very near future.

We are delighted with William Arthur-Haynes of Infinite Builders Group, the contractor who recently helped us complete a bathroom remodel. William is super communicative and always kept us updated with plans and scheduling. Even though our little bathroom was a small project for his company, we always felt like we had his full attention and that our bathroom was just as much a priority as any big corporate project(true story: IBG was also remodeling two floors of the Twitter building in downtown SF at the same time that our remodel was going on). He talked us through all the little choices and details – what color should the grout be, «dove grey» or «charcoal»? Do we want a marble threshold, or oak? We wanted oak, and William milled it himself and mixed the perfect stain to match our existing hardwood floors. And the remodel was completed on time and on budget. «Communicative,» «reliable,» and«multi-talented» are all important qualities in a contractor. But most important of all, I’ve come to believe, is a deep Rolodex. Well, nobody uses Rolodexes anymore. But what I mean is that it’s not just the abilities of the contractor himself that are important, but the talents of his crew. William brought in dedicated, knowledgeable specialists to do the paper-hanging and tile-laying for us. We have a 1915 Craftsman bungalow and we wanted to bring the bathroom more into keeping with the character of the rest of the house, so William made sure to set us up with workers who knew a lot about that style and period. The fact that he had such good contacts was a huge factor in how smoothly the whole project ran. And now I have the most beautiful bathroom in the world! For photo evidence see
