Kim Fecteau

I’ve been coming to Kim for years and have never gotten anything less than stellar service and amazing cuts and color. She is a blast to talk to but knows how to let you chill and enjoy being pampered. Her prices are always fair and she always gives great advice on how to take care of and maintain your hair in btwn visits. Seriously, why would you go anywhere or to anyone else?

Kim is a great stylist. I’ve been going to her for 9 months now for lowlights, highlights, and cuts. Kim has been flexible (she’s usually been able to get me in during the same week or two), and really open to my feedback.
She also gives great advice about tone, texture, and cuts. I went to her shortly after moving to the Easy bay. The firs time she did a big change from what I had presently — 4 inches, and a long bob. I’ve been going to her since for trims as well as layers, and coloring. Her color placement is great, and grows out really naturally. I have light brown hair with natural highlights, and Kim enhances those with cool blond highlights, and cool chestnut lowlights to give dimension and shine.
I’m glad I found Kim — would absolutely recommend her.

I can’t remember how many years I have been going to Kim – but I can’t even imagine having anyone else cut and color my hair. For many years she gave me short haircuts, ones that were easy for me to work with, freeing me from having to spend a lot of time with my hair each morning before work. I have ALWAYS gotten compliments on the cuts and on the color of my hair. Kim is a fantastic colorist, coming up with the right color for my skin tone and adding highlights that look natural when I’ve wanted those. Now that I am retired, I am letting my hair grow out some and she has been great finding a shape that works for me and is patient in showing me how to style it myself as it grows out.
Did I say she’s funny too? I always enjoy visiting with her.

I’ve been going to Kim for cuts and color for more than 14 yrs… long hair, short hair, highlights all over color. She is honest about what will work and will give you what you ask for only better. Many have been surprised when they hear that I have color because it looks so good (at least until the roots grow in… which is seriously not Kim’s fault)

Kim has done my hair for years and I’ve always been really happy with the results. She has done adorable short cuts for me in the past and now she has helped me let my hair grow out, yet has kept it sassy and healthy all the while. She does a great job with my color and I’ve gotten several Keratin treatments from her with amazing results. Kim is easy to talk with, totally dedicated, and really listens to what I want. Highly recommend her!

I have been going to Kim for over 7 years to cut my hair, and I have no reason to switch. Before Kim, I thought that I was limited to having short or up to shoulder-​length hair since my hair was so heavy that it looked flat at the top if I grew it out longer. However, when I told Kim that I would have loved to grow my hair longer, she came up with a great layered cut solution that looked fantastic on me with longer hair. i have gotten layers before from other stylists, and it never looked good. With Kim, my hair looks good from the moment that she cuts it until I have to go see her again, but it grows out beautifully and I can just let it air dry or style it (but the way she cuts my hair enables me to look good either way).
Kim has also recently expanded her services to include personal shopping. Since I dread shopping, Kim has gone on personal shopping trips with me and helped me select some great outfits that have now become staples in my closet. She has a great eye for my skin tone and body shape, and helps me select clothing that enhance and flatters my shape. I love the clothing that Kim selects, and look and feel great in them.

Kim does a mean bob. I’ve been going to her for about 10 years now. She cuts my husband’s hair too, and quite well! I’ll sometimes bring her a picture of a cut I want to try, and she’ll tell me honestly whether it definitely cannot work with my hair or if she thinks it’s worth a try. I always get compliments from total strangers about my hair.

Seriously… she is by far the best ever! I can’t get a better cut than I can with her. Once, we laughed so hard my abs hurt at the end of my appointment! She’s awesome with short razor cuts/​bobs, longer curly/​wavy hair and everything else for that matter! I highly recommend Kim!
