We had brand new dress pants taken in to be altered. We gave her the measurements picked them up and took home and my son tried them on and they were the same length. Took them back to be fixed and explain ed the situation and she said ok. Went to pick up today and she asked for another $ 12. After talking to her back and forth and her poor record keeping, she said pay $ 7. I paid the money and took my pants. I look at my pants and she chopped them OFF!!! I am so upset they are not even wearable. Now I have a brand new suit that my son can’t even wear.

Good, reasonably priced dry cleaning is already a fantastic find. My slacks and suits always look fabulous. My shirts look great when they’re laundered here too.

With the money you save at Marshall Steel Cleaners, you can buy a good, inexpensive bottle of wine at the Wine Mine on the other side of the building! So this is kind of the opposite of getting taken to the cleaners. It’s a cleaners you can take to the bank!

I had a t-​shirt altered by Jenny-​in a complicated re-​cut and resize with the sides rutched in. She gave me a very fair price and did a great job! I’ve paid double to have pants altered twice at Uni Taylor (and the pants are still too big). Thank you Jenny I will be back!
