Matthew Smith is honest, humble, hard-​working, detail-​oriented, and fun to work with. In addition to Matt’s knowledge of the Bay Area housing market, he was unflagging in his enthusiasm for showing properties to a young couple with two changing (and sometimes conflicting) housing wish lists.
We were not an easy couple to satisfy, for sure, but Matt was cool as a cucumber the entire time. All in all, if you want a great house for a great price, I recommend realtor Matthew Smith without reservations. Matt has a way of making the home buying adventure great, letting you ask your «stupid» questions with great patience, and ensuring that you feel completely comfortable each step of the way.
Of course now that we’ve moved into our Dream House, I can’t imagine selling… but if we ever do, we’ll be calling Matt!
