I left my jacket in the bathroom here and when I called to see if it was found no one ever answered. Horrible customer service

This McDonald’s has horrible reviews but it was honestly the best and freshest McDonald’s breakfast I’ve had in years

This place is whatever. Considering its one of like 5 food options here in west Oakland i won’t give it a complete L but I wouldn’t recommend going if you don’t have to. Service sucks, its always crowded with less than friendly people. i’d recommend the drive through but the same shitty people working inside are working the windows. IF you do decide to eat here, make sure they got your order right before you leave, they are very prone to fucking up.

Rude rude rude employees! Just amazingly terrible. All I did was ask to ‘purchase’ 3 extra sauces and they all(including the manager) treated me like I was robbing the place! Even though I was willing to pay for the extra sauce apparently I still wronged them in some way. Will NEVER come near this place again!

I can’t even enjoy my meal inside because beggers come in smelling and looking nasty and dirty. One day a lady came to our table with her nose running and her pants have way down showing her private area. I left immediately! I lost my appetite completely. They really need to get it together! Also, they need to get the orders right. And, clean up around the area.

Seriously. WTF. These people cannot comprehend a black iced coffee. I specifically say black iced coffee with no milk, no sweetener. I hate being redundant. 100% of the time I have to repeat myself because it is beyond their comprehension that somebody would want a black iced coffee. Fine. Still, in the past year, they have given me their regular iced coffee with milk and/or sweetener at least 3 times despite my repeated request for no milk or sweetener. Exactly what I did NOT ask for. Additionally, there is like a 75% chance that somebody is posted up at the exit of the drive through to beg you for change. On one of the days I was feeling generous and/or peer pressured(and there have been many), I gave a guy some change and I was rewarded with his nasy-*** hands touching mine. There was some **** crusted on them, and I frantically scrubbed my hands repeatedly after getting home. Going inside is even worse; service is just as bad(I have received milk and sweetener in my black iced coffees at the counter as well) and there are still beggars bothering you. But now, instead of waiting for your order in the comfort of your car while avoiding eye contact with the guy posted up at the drive through, you have to wait inside while a mixture of B.O. and piss scent waft over you from the same guy who is about to ask you for some change. McDonalds really needs to be more proactive getting rid of the«solicitors.» WTF kind of establishment allows this kind of thing? On the other hand, this place seems to get pretty good customer traffic, so maybe the beggar thing is of no concern to them. I mean, I’ll still come here despite my complaints because it’s close by, has a drive through, and is open 24 hours. Still, I would wager that this location really falls short of McD’s standards for their franchises.

Where do I even begin with this one? I have yet to come to this mcdonalds and they didnt mess up my order. this is the only mcdonalds in miles from where i live so i dont really have a choice. I dont order much. I usually just get medium fries and 2 apple pies, but very often if i dont check my bag… i get home to see something random in my bag like 1 double cheesburger. place is horrible

McDonald’s…California state law passes their minimum wage to 12.25 but everybody here look like they work so lazy. drive thru. why there’s two ordering station but one line? Anyways. Ordered my food and the person got mines mix up with someone elses. Then you got a homeless person who waits for you at the end asking for changes. He sure eye you when you gave the cashier the money so he was expecting something

This place is filled with homeless people. 1 homeless person per booth/4 person table. The«pick up here» sign blocks the ordering menu. Not impressed, won’t be back… obviously.

Since all McDonalds in the US pretty much taste the same and their breakfast is a convenient fast food option in the mornings, this review is based on the specific location’s remodel and competency of the workers. New model but same workers and patrons. Although I like some of the older patrons that hang out there in the morning because they give this location a sense of community, I’m not so thrilled about really dirty homeless guy(s) sitting at tables that don’t seem to get wiped down very often. Then again homeless people gotta eat somewhere, too! The new design gives this McDonalds a sophisticated café feel and makes it less about kids and more about grown folks. It’s still poorly designed because there’s a corner that is hidden from plan sight of the workers and other patrons so that a myriad of shenanigans can take place. I sat in that back corner booth and noticed evidence of discarded tobacco/probable evidence that someone was rolling a blunt! In any case I had to cash in my two for one breakfast. They got my breakfast order wrong because I asked for a biscuit with egg and cheese no meat and somehow the meat still got in there. I just took the meat out nbd but yeah just an annoyance since it’s not the first time they get my order wrong. Fin.

GREATNEWLOOK! SAMECRAPPYSERVICE :( Over charged, bad attitude, wrong menu prices, forgot items, LEFTHUNGRY! I go back because it’s convenient. Missing food 4 out of 10 times, always panhandlers in multiple spots. Last nights visit Went through at 3:30 am when I got off work. Was told food was $ 15 even. Lady puts the money in the till on the counter and hands me a bag with my food. I thought $ 15 was to much for what I ordered so I checked the bag and the 2 hash browns were missing. Went back to the menu bored to check prices and ask for the hash browns. Total should have been $ 8.93 + tax($ 9.83) got to the window and was informed the prices were wrong on the menu board and it was $ 1.29 per item that’s way it’s $ 15. I informed her with my 6 items that’s only a 60 cent difference. I was informed I can wait for her manager to restart the registers to get a correct total, an I said fine I will wait. Then I was told to park. At this time I asked how long it was going to be and she said she doesn’t know. I gave back the food, got my money and left.

This place is crazy. People are begging sometimes at the ordering area and almost 100% of the time when you pull up the get your food. Food is good some days and other days the fries are undercooked and shit is just thrown together.

The woman working in the drive thru 01÷26÷14 at 8:30pm sucks! –didn’t let me complete my order. –opened the window chewing gum! –stuck one hand out and didn’t say one word; not even how much my food was. –slammed the window! Rude cunt! I got the service I expected from a fast food place in west Oakland!

I hate to publicly fess up to the guilty pleasure of actually coosing to eat the Quarter Pounder in my otherwise fairly organic diet, but when I do: I find it beyond terrible that this location allows beggars in the drive through. Being approached while ordering in the drive through is unnerving. And it’s aggressive pan handling. Not only in line, bout right at the pick up/pay window. Hey manager/owner/whoever: can you please do something about this? Or is this the universes version of food choice disappointment by creating such a «make-ya-feel-gross» scene?

Mcdonald’s is a rare place to get a cup of joe in this ghetto part of town. just rating the joe, not the food, the people hanging out here nor the rundown commercial center. pour: coffee($ 1) –semismooth, not bad for a buck –better than farmers drips: –service so so. –trying not to repeat too often, certainly not in the evening.

So I never knew what the word«ratchet» meant, until I visited this McDonald’s. McDonald’s food is generic and it’s nearly the same at every location, give or take a couple squirts of ketchup here and an extra pickle or two there. You know how it tastes, I know how it tastes, the world knows. So I won’t mention the food from here on out, cause it’s just pointless. So, here is a list of things I’ve seen while on my lunch break here. Ghetto lady with her post pregnancy popped balloon looking stomach hanging out of her shirt. Homeless dude sleeping literally on top of one of the tables inside. Homeless beggar right next to the drive thru trying to reach into peoples car windows and steal some food. Young couple that was very close to doing baby making acts in one of the booths. Yeah, you name it, I’ve seen it here. You have to give major respect for every worker that braves their shifts here. They’ve got to put up with the craziest stuff on a daily basis. I think doing an interview with one of the employees here would be quite possibly the best thing ever. They must have so many stories locked up beneath their red hats. I feel like making friends with them just for the chance to hear some hilarious things. Surprisingly enough though, they’re all very nice and quick considering their circumstances. This McDonald’s is pretty close to my work, so I end up here a lot. If you can pick out the short little Filipino kid that looks like he doesn’t belong, then that’s probably me. So say hi and we can escape the ghetto that is this restaurant for a brief second.

McDonald’s reviews are my specialty! Not really, but sometimes it feels like it… We went through the drive-through here around 7:30 or so on a weeknight to grab some dinner. Slowwwwwwwwwww service. They did have the Mini Meals, though, which is what we were after. I miss these now that I’m back in the Midwest! Not every McDonald’s offers them yet(example: the McDonald’s employees at Union Station in Chicago had never heard of such a thing). Anyway, the slowness of the drive-through service was exacerbated by the fact that there was a guy hanging out by the back door asking for money, claiming to be a disabled veteran or something. I’d like to think there are programs to assist disabled veterans here in America, and if this man actually is/was one, that he finds the help he needs. We, for our part, did not contribute to his coffers. Pretty irritating that the staff don’t seem to give a crap that people are panhandling on their back step. If he had asked me for a cheeseburger, I’d have gladly bought him a whole meal. But he wanted money instead. Sorry, dude. We got the F out of the area as quickly as we could.

Convenient, clean, and courteous. I brought a colleague here for lunch today. He was surprised to watch me order a Big Mac without the bun, and they knew exactly what I was asking for. Even better, they served it in a covered plastic bowl, and they knew to give me a fork and knife pack to handle it. The Big Mac without the bun and a diet Coke were mine for under $ 7. Despite the fact that some people seem to be relaxing here because they don’t have anywhere to go, it is a congenial atmosphere, and the staff keeps the building clean.
