I called with a question, 15 mins before closing time, and all the person on the phone would say is «we don’t deliver to houses.» I didn’t ask about delivery. I asked about a type of flower. I left Valentines day to the very last minute (i.e. on the day) and called a few well reviewed places. All very busy. With Mei Wo I got super prompt response and the flowers were delivered within 1.5hrs of my call. Excellent.
My wife called to say they were beautiful and well presented. I’ll see them when they come home from her office in a few days.
I was very satisfied (and relieved he was able to help me so late). For sure I will keep the number in my contacts.
