Went for my eye appointment this morning. Had not been here in over two years. Everyone from the front desk to the eye doctor where very attentive and friendly. I felt welcomed and at ease.

Front desk staff are not friendly, no smile and blunt. Dropped off my prescription glasses on 9⁄4 and didn’t received a phone call at all to pick my glasses. I had to call them on 9⁄23 to followup. The reason I went to this Kaiser is because it near my work location. Should of stick with the Union City where they have great customer service.

I am a complete Kaiser groupie. I can’t say that I have enjoyed every experience at Kaiser, but pretty darn close. Though despite my positive experiences with Kaiser I have been hesitant to get my eye care there. Though this will not longer be the case. i had a every pleasant experience getting my eyes checked here. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of frames and the kindness of the staff. I can hardly see without my glasses, so the staff were kind enough to help me decide from the frames I picked, which looked best. I managed to get my eyes checked and pick out glasses in under 45 minutes, yet again Kaiser rocks!
