Here’s my recent email to P G & E:
You FUCKING SUCK!!! Late last nignt there were two explosions affecting P G & E’s antiquated equipment. I went on P G & E’s website this morning to find out why there was a power failure and read that they estimated that power would be restored by 2:00 pm. In the early afternoon a neighbor was told by a worker on the scene that they brought over the wrong replacement transformer. Later I saw an update stating that power should be restored by 6:00 pm. Still another alert said it wouldn’t be until 8:00 pm. Now a more recent alert says it’s going to be midnight. What the fuck is wrong with you people? Lousy system maintenance, rip-​off utility rates and incompetent management! This is why I repeat that «you FUCKING SUCK!!!:»
