Charles can do anything that is asked of him, he is super fast, efficient and does a decent job with everything you task him with. His rate is reasonable. HOWEVER, please beware that if you keep your house fastidiously clean, you should be aware that he is messy. You will probably find some paper coffee cups, soda bottles and/​or cigarette butts on your property after the job is done. Also, he sometimes will do things the easy way, rather than the best or right way. If you are OK with those issues, you will be pleased.

I was fortunate to meet Charles by chance many years ago when he was working on a project here in Foster City. I took his card and called him the next time I needed a handyman in my apartment building. Turns out that Charles is everything you would want in a handyman. He’s reliable, punctual, clever (can figure anything out to get the job done), fast, competent, has reasonable rates and is a really nice guy. He is very flexible and when he schedules your project, you can depend on him to be there and to do a good job for you within a reasonable time frame. Charles has worked on my building and my home doing plumbing, electrical, dishwasher installation, carpentry and other odd jobs. He’s a very versitile handyman. Give him a call.
UPDATE: Charles continues to do good work for me. He has worked for me for 5 years now helping me with my apartment building. Recently, I had to eliminate a creaking ceiling in an apt. I found No More Squeaks, found a youtube video and sent it to him and ordered the product. He followed the video on how to repair thru wall-​to-​wall carpeting and did a great job. No more squeaks works when done correctly. Thanks Charles.,
