Working out with Preston is one of my favorite workouts of the week. I’ve been working with Preston for about 3 months now. Preston does a great job of diversifying workouts and correcting form, without judgment or intimidation like many trainers sometimes do. He also brings humor and a calm demeanor to workouts. I started Preston’s boot camp about three weeks ago and I am already seeing results. The workouts are challenging and he keeps them interesting by bringing in new elements each time. If you are burnt out with other workouts, he is the trainer for you. I highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Preston challenges me with variated exercises that sustain and improve my physical, mental, and spiritual health. …And last year. he designed specialized exercise routines that whipped me back into shape after my bilateral hip replacements. My wife and I have enjoyed weekly buddy sessions with Preston for nearly a year. The sessions are a healthy combination of technique, motivation, and fun that keeps us exercising during the week and wanting to work harder the next buddy session. Preston mixes things up enough to keep things interesting, providing a full body workout, and guidance to prevent injury during our sessions and when working out on our own.
