I had been calling another place that is right up the street from me and they kept giving me the run around. Finally I called Santa Carla and they made an appointment w/me to come out the the next day to fix my washing machine. So awesome. Though he did not come at the time she said he gave me a call to let me know he was gonna be late and what time he would be arriving. He came assessed the problem, and fixed it really quick. Took all but 25mins and he was very nice and polite. Also took a look at my fridge and gave suggestions. This is my new go to place for any appliances and/or repairs!!!
