I dropped my cell phone unknowingly, and someone took it to the store. The owner, a Chinese guy said that the person that turned in MY PHONE asked for 10 dollars and he would not give me my phone if I didn’t pay 10 dollars. He tells me to call the police. I didn’t have time to deal with that crooked shit so I paid him 10 dollars to get MY PHONE back.
