Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, one their employees are beyond rude, two they cut me off in the drive through when I wasn’t finished ordering, then got attitude when I got to the window saying I wasn’t done ordering, three I ordered two number 11s both no lettuce or tomato what’d they do? Put lettuce and tomato on ONE taco. Tell me they are not fucking with me. So here I am sitting at the drive through dealing with their shitty attitude waiting for them to fix my order. Bunch of incompetent inbreds work here.

Dear Taco Bell workers at this location,
Just because someone looks Mexican doesn’t mean they’re all named Jose. Used to love this place but ever since the staff changed the service has been hella shitty. My dad came in on a super slow day and he was the only customer in there. Gave his order, paid and the cashier asked for his name. 20 freaking minutes later they call out «Jose’s» order. My dad’s name is Anthony. Needless to say we’re never coming back and dealing with the LaQuishas and Sha-​Naynays of this Taco Bell.

I would give this location zero stars if possible. After passing by and ordering from the drive thru, I was given the complete wrong order and noticed only after arriving at home, about 15 min away. Upon frustration, I called back the location to request that my card be refunded considering that I had not received any of the items I paid for, only to be responded to by an incompetent manger (Esther), who barely understood what I was saying and did absolutely nothing to solve my problem.
Typically I would not be so upset over a relatively small amount of money, but this was at the very top of the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager repeatedly asked me to return to the store which I told her I could not.
Finally, we established that she would call me back when she figured out how to solve this issue, as she repeatedly claimed she «did not know,» and I provided her with my phone number — and obviously, I was never called back. I do not plan on visiting this location again.

I normally wait until a 2^nd visit before I write a review, out of consistency sake, but it sounds like half of the poor reviews here are whiners who like to whine. So one end of the plaza is ghetto? 1) This is Oakland, not Disneyland. What the f*ck do you expect? 2) It doesn’t mean the TB is ghetto. In fact, the place looked top notch and clean. From the outside as well as the inside. The cashier was friendly. They made my custom order right. And the steak in the tacos were of a substantial amount, which is surprising because most TBs are chinsy bastards. If you’ve ever ordered through any drive thru in your entire life, common sense will tell you to check your shit before you leave. So if you find you didn’t get the hot sauce you requested when you look thru your bag before you hit the gas pedal, you don’t jet set, and you simply ask again. That’s everybody’s fault, including yours. Should they get it right the first time? Sure. But nobody’s perfect, and neither are you. If you come and see five cars in front of you, you should be thankful it took only 18 minutes for you to be served. It’s normally 30 minutes if those five cars are ordering for large groups. You can’t hate on a business just because everyone like you gets the same idea they want Taco Bell at the same time. They just thought of it sooner than you did. All of the reviews here even compliment how good the food is. If TB doesn’t give me diarrhea in the two hours after consumption, then it’s good and I’ll return.

I know it’s a busy morning the entire city of oakland knows it’s a busy weekend. Understaffed and in dyer need of customer service training. The cashier/​shift leader Samie is absolutely miserable in her job. She looks very unhappy, dense and pretty much blah. My 2 is because my crunchwrap was good

Extremely slow drive thru. It’s 11:30 and I’ve been in line 18 min. Cars behind me decided to leave and I hate myself for not doing that when I had the chance. My food should be free given the shitty wait time. Hire more people TACO BELL.
Seriously there were only live 5 cars in front of me.

It’s a depressing site it’s a Ghost Town. The only thing left is Taco Bell and McDonalds.
I was on my way to work and I was rolling my Whip the White Beast. I was ahead of schedule so I thought I would grab a snack thru the drive thru at Taco Bell .
I pull into the Drive Thru and have Panhandlers running up asking for money. I tell them to take a hike and ordered a Couple of grillers at the Window I ask for Hot Sauce 2 times .
I get to my destination and go to eat my food and no hot sauce .Lame!!!
The Grillers were ok but could have used. The Hot sauce lol.

They always either screw up my order here or make my food, then sit on it before putting it in the bag — at least that’s what it looks like.

Sometimes you have to wait, sometimes you don’t. What other fast food place is so different? I had good experiences with this taco bell so far…

Well, lets see. Besides the neighborhood, it was ok. The person taking the order thru the Mic was nice and gave promt service.
As we approach the window we see garbage the employees thru out their secured back door. That is not want anyone was wants to see when you go to anyone’s restaurant or establishment or even your house. It was more pics that I could have taken, but that would be an embarrassment to the company. Hopefully just putting out the one picture should help them CLEAN UP their act…

The place closes early around 20:00.
This place gets pretty busy when going to the drive thru and everyone is in a rush also be careful for the people asking money throughout the drive-​thru.
I rather come here while it’s open inside or when it’s lonely.
Or just on Eastmont.

As far as Taco Bells go this location is not that great. I’ve been through the drive through a couple of times and finally went to eat inside and I hadn’t been missing anything. They don’t have a soda machine in the dining area so you have to go to the counter to get refills. That’s probably because some of the people in the area who bug you outside for change would be inside filling whatever they could find with soda. Fortunately, the food is on par with other Taco Bells and the people working here are pretty nice. They could do a better job keeping the dining area cleaner, but there were a few people I think were hanging out and probably not there eating. Taco Bell has redone so many of their locations and this one needs it. It’s not in a great neighborhood so maybe this is why.

What wait staff. this is taco bell. Its not to die for, its to die from. Tim is not the proprietor, yum foods is.
Its great when you are drunk and its 2am… But so are most things that aren’t pulling you over and making you walk a line.

Watch out folks. I would not recommend going to this taco bell location at night. Aside from the people of the dead ie crackheads purusing the drive thru asking for change, the busy street next to you makes you feel as if you might be the victim of the next drive by. Get your taco bell fix either midday or somewhere else.
